Recently, the People's Court of Luojiang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province organized police officers to go deep into Nanshan Community of Shuangyang Street in Luojiang District and Xinmin Village of Majia Town, Luojiang District, Quanzhou City to carry out condolence activities to help the disabled, and to carry out publicity activities on the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons and the Regulations on the Employment of Disabled Persons in People's Republic of China (PRC), so as to effectively safeguard their own rights and interests.

The police of Luojiang court listened carefully to the voices of the disabled groups and learned more about their production, life, physical rehabilitation and medical care.

At the same time, the activities popularized the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled People by hanging banners, setting up exhibition boards and distributing leaflets, which helped to improve the awareness and ability of disabled people to protect their rights according to law.
