This notice is a complete version of the ticket holding notice for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The full version can be obtained from the official ticketing website of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, venue ticketing kiosks and Olympic spectator's guide. The notes printed on the back of the ticket are short versions of these notes. Please read all the terms of this notice carefully. Anyone who buys, holds or uses tickets is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions.

1. Definition

1. 1 Olympic Games, unless otherwise specified, refer to the 29th Olympic Games.

1.2 BOCOG refers to the organizing committee of the 29th Olympic Games, including any of its officials, managers, employees, agents, designated personnel or volunteers.

1.3 competition refers to the competition belonging to the Olympic Movement and sold by BOCOG or a third party authorized by BOCOG.

1.4 Olympic Games refers to the ceremonies and/or competitions of the 29th Olympic Games.

1.5 Venues refer to all venues where various competitions are held.

1.6 IOC means the IOC, including any of its officials, supervisors, senior staff, staff, consultants, agents, representatives or volunteers.

Tickets for 1.7 refer to tickets for a certain session.

1.8 You mean anyone who buys, holds or uses tickets.

1.9 Ceremony refers to the opening and closing ceremonies of the 29th Olympic Games.

1. 10 The Chinese Olympic Committee refers to the Chinese Olympic Committee (including the China Olympic Movement delegation), including any of its officials, managers, employees, agents, appointees or volunteers.

2. Detailed rules for tickets and activities

2. 1 All spectators, regardless of their age, must have valid tickets. The only exception to this provision is described in Article 2.2 below.

2.2 Children under the age of two can enter the venue free of charge on the day of each activity, but they must share a seat with their guardians with valid tickets.

2.3 You must purchase air tickets from BOCOG or a third party authorized by BOCOG. If you obtain tickets from sources other than BOCOG or a third party authorized by BOCOG, the tickets may be lost, forgotten, stolen, forged, damaged or illegible, or obtained by other illegal means, and you shall bear all the risks and responsibilities that may arise therefrom. You may be refused admission or asked to leave, and you may not apply for refund or exchange of tickets.

2.4 Tickets shall not be resold or traded. Tickets cannot be used for any political, religious, commercial, advertising or promotional purposes (such as competition prizes, etc.). ) unless the written approval of BOCOG is obtained in advance.

2.5 Tickets for the ceremony can only be transferred 1 time. You must obtain the written approval of BOCOG in advance to transfer the tickets for the ceremony, and go through the transfer procedures announced by BOCOG. Anyone who fails to transfer the tickets for the ceremony according to the procedures stipulated by BOCOG will cause the ticket holder to be refused admission and will not get a refund, and BOCOG will not be responsible for this.

2.6 The ticket holder of this ceremony can only be the original ticket purchaser or the ticket transferee approved by BOCOG.

2.7 BOCOG reserves the right to change the date, time, participants or related matters of all activities, and give a notice in advance if reasonably feasible.

2.8 BOCOG has the right to declare the tickets invalid at any time for any reason.

2.9 Please sit in the designated seat or area. Admission can only be based on 1 ticket 1 time. If you leave the venue for any reason, you will be prohibited from entering the venue again with the same ticket.

3. Refund policy

3. 1 You are not allowed to apply for refund or exchange of tickets except under the circumstances stipulated in Article 3.2 below or under the circumstances stipulated by law. For the avoidance of doubt:

3. 1. 1 If you violate any of these instructions, BOCOG has the right to refuse your admission or ask you to leave the venue without returning your tickets.

3. 1.2 If the start or end time of a time period changes, but the time period still ends on the original date, you may not apply for refund or exchange of tickets.

3. 1.3 If the event is scheduled for another day, the original tickets are still valid on the rescheduled date, and no refund or exchange of tickets is allowed.

3. 1.4 If an activity has started but not ended, but BOCOG announces that the activity has officially ended, it is not allowed to refund or exchange tickets.

3. 1.5 If the schedule or participants of a certain session change, no refund or exchange of tickets is allowed.

3.2 If an event is cancelled before the start and no other arrangements are made, you can apply for a refund after the Olympic Games, but you are not allowed to apply for exchanging tickets for other events.

3.3 BOCOG will refund the ticket only according to its face value, and will not pay any interest on the refund. When applying for a refund, you must mail the refundable air ticket together with the completed and signed refund application form (provided by BOCOG on its website) to BOCOG no later than June 365438+10/October 365438 +0, 2008, subject to the postmark. For the avoidance of doubt, BOCOG will not accept your refund application for giving up watching or being unable to watch an event for personal reasons.

3.4 If you have any of the following circumstances, BOCOG may refuse you to enter the venue or ask you to leave the venue, and you may not apply for refund or exchange of tickets:

3.4. 1 You have not complied with all or part of the terms of this manual;

3.4.2 You refuse BOCOG to conduct safety inspection on you or your articles;

3.4.3 You disturb the Olympic order;

3.4.4 You interfere with other spectators in the venue to enjoy the game, or affect the comfort or safety of others;

3.4.5 Your tickets are lost or forgotten by others, stolen, forged, damaged or illegible;

3.4.6 Your tickets were purchased from illegal or unauthorized channels;

3.4.7 BOCOG has reason to suspect that any of the above circumstances exist.

3.5 Except as stipulated in Article 3.2 above, BOCOG shall not be responsible for your claims, damages, losses and expenses caused by the cancellation or change of the Olympic Games or an event.

3.6 After receiving the tickets, the purchaser shall keep the tickets by himself. BOCOG is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, illegible or damaged tickets.

4. Provisions on entering and staying in venues

4. 1 In the venue, you need to pay attention to the safety of yourself and your children as much as possible, and abide by the warnings and codes of conduct published in or near the venue. BOCOG will not take any responsibility for the consequences caused by your reckless or negligent behavior.

4.2 You should be responsible for the personal safety of yourself and your children.

4.3 You should be responsible for the property safety of yourself and your children.

4.4 Venues are usually open two (2) hours before the competition. To ensure that you enter the venue on time, please check the start time of the ceremony or competition, the opening time of the venue, the security check time and public transportation information before going to the venue. As a compulsory condition for admission, you expressly agree to undergo security inspection before admission and during the competition. Security checks can include limited (physical) searches and checks on bags, backpacks or other items owned or carried by you or your children. Please fully consider the time required for traffic and security check, and try to enter the venue as early as possible.

4.5 To the extent permitted by law, you hereby irrevocably exempt BOCOG, the International Olympic Committee and the Chinese Olympic Committee (including their directors, officials, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any damage, loss, responsibility or injury caused by watching or watching the Olympic Games, regardless of the reasons.

4.6 For any damage, loss or injury that BOCOG or any other person may suffer due to your intentional or negligent behavior, you agree to compensate according to BOCOG's instructions and requirements.

4.7 In order to enter and stay in the venue, you should clearly abide by the following provisions:

4.7. 1 You accept and abide by this instruction;

4.7.2 You agree to conduct safety inspection on yourself, your bag or backpack and other articles owned or carried by you or your children;

4.7.3 Do not disturb the quiet atmosphere in the venue and/or disturb the safety of others in the venue;

4.7.4 Your tickets must not be lost, forgotten, stolen, forged, damaged or blurred;

4.7.5 Your tickets were not purchased from unauthorized individuals or units.

4.8 You shall not obstruct or disturb the normal progress of the Olympic Games, nor shall you try to obstruct or disturb the normal progress of the Olympic Games.

You must abide by all policies, announcements or instructions issued by BOCOG related to watching the Olympic Games. In order to ensure the safe, smooth and orderly Olympic Games, you must obey the command of the venue staff, including but not limited to receiving security checks and showing tickets.

5. Prohibited items and behaviors

5. 1 Please do not bring the following items into the venue:

5. 1.7 sharp objects, such as knives, bats, umbrellas with long handles, long sticks, cameras and camera brackets, or articles that may easily cause personal injury;

5. 1.8 animals (except service animals such as guide dogs);

5. 1.9 Any means of transportation except strollers and wheelchairs;

5. 1. 10 unauthorized walkie-talkies, speakers, radios, laser devices, radio equipment and other items that interfere with Olympic electronic signals;

5.2 The following behaviors will be regarded as improper behaviors in the venue and will be stopped:

5.2.4 Bring the stroller or wheelchair into the barrier-free seat;

5.2.6 Open an umbrella in the seating area, stand for a long time, etc. Blocking others' sight or influencing others to watch the game;

5.2.7 Deliberately display and publicize business signs on clothes and personal belongings; Wearing clothes with the same or similar design patterns, colors or commercial signs collectively;

5.2.8 Other behaviors that distract the attention of participating athletes, technical officials and coaches, affect the smooth progress of the competition or prevent others from watching the competition, including but not limited to taking photos with flash, entering the venue obviously in a drunken state, disobeying the management of staff, etc.

5.3 Without authorization, it is forbidden to conduct any publicity, promotion, display or fund-raising activities in the venue, including but not limited to commercial, religious, political, military, territorial, human rights, environmental protection, animal protection and other contents; It is forbidden to distribute promotional materials or any products with corporate logo in venues; Without authorization, it is forbidden to broadcast TV reports or use professional equipment to record videos in venues.

5.4 It is forbidden to besiege referees, athletes or other staff; Gambling in any form is strictly prohibited; Any procession, sit-in, demonstration, drunkenness, streaking and other behaviors that disturb the order of on-site activities and violate the laws and regulations of China are strictly prohibited.

6. Shooting rules in venues

6. 1 You agree to be photographed, videotaped or recorded by BOCOG, the International Olympic Committee or a third party designated by them. BOCOG, the International Olympic Committee or a third party designated by it may broadcast, publish, license or use any of your photos, photos, records and images without providing you with any compensation. BOCOG, the International Olympic Committee or any third party designated by it or anyone who has obtained the right to use the above materials from the above parties shall not be responsible for your use of the above materials.

6.2 The images and sounds of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games recorded by you with video camera, video recorder or audio equipment or any other equipment can only be used for private, family and non-commercial purposes (for example, you may not sell, license, broadcast, publish or commercially display them).

7. Data flow information

7. 1 During the 17 days from August 8, 2008 to August 24, 2008, you can take the bus and subway in Beijing free of charge on the date indicated in the ticket (except suburban highway passenger transport and airport express rail line).

7.2 When taking a bus, you must show the Olympic tickets to the driver or flight attendant (station attendant) and accept the ticket inspection. It is your responsibility to know the location of the venue and verify the public transportation information. If you have multiple tickets on the same day, you need to leave enough time to travel to and from various venues to ensure the itinerary and complete the security check and ticket checking. You must abide by all the regulations posted on public transport and venues.

8. Personal information protection

8. 1 BOCOG will keep any personal information submitted by the ticket purchaser strictly confidential, and will only use these personal information for processing the ticket application and ticket inspection of the ticket purchaser.

8.2 In order to ensure your smooth ticket purchase and admission, you hereby expressly agree that BOCOG or a third party authorized by BOCOG will keep your personal information and handle it accordingly as needed.

9. General rules

9. 1 The terms of this note and the abridged version printed on the back of the ticket ("back terms") constitute the entire agreement between BOCOG and you. If the following clauses conflict with the contents of this notice, this notice shall prevail.

9.2.BOCOG may modify, delete or add the terms and conditions (including supplementary terms) of this instruction after giving advance notice. If any clause in this notice is unenforceable for some reason, such unenforceability shall not affect any other clause in this notice (including the following clauses).

9.3 All disputes related to this notice (including the clauses overleaf) shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and interpreted according to the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).
