1. Further strengthen the internal management of Overloading Station, improve various systems and implement them, strengthen the training of law enforcement personnel, strengthen their internal quality, establish an external image, standardize law enforcement behavior, and strive to establish a clean, efficient, diligent and pragmatic traffic administrative law enforcement team and establish a good traffic law enforcement image.

2. Actively ask the local government for instructions and report the work, seek help from them for the problems we encounter, and actively coordinate with local police stations, neighborhood committees and other brother units to gain their understanding and support, and build good relations with them to reduce the external resistance of our work.

4. further strengthen cooperation with the public security traffic police department and strengthen administrative law enforcement.

In the current social environment, overloading transportation, as a "chronic disease" that is difficult to eliminate, still has a long way to go before it can be cured. Overloading is a long-term and arduous task, and it may also face a more severe situation and the challenge of rebound after treatment. We must overcome difficulties, guard against arrogance and rashness, constantly explore and innovate, cooperate with other departments, form a joint force, make unremitting efforts, and fundamentally solve problems, so as to ensure that the overload control work can achieve great results.

On the basis of summing up the overload control work in the past year, our bureau actively planned the work ideas for 2XX, and formulated detailed work plans and specific measures, which laid a good start for the steady and orderly development of overload control work in 2XX.

1. According to the spirit of the notice of provincial, municipal and county working documents on overload control, we will increase publicity by posting propaganda slogans and distributing leaflets, so as to make the hazards of overloading known to everyone, and the policies and measures are well known, creating a good atmosphere for the comprehensive control of overloading at the source of freight.

2. Regularly organize law enforcement personnel to carry out political business study, on-the-job training, "big training" and other activities to further improve the comprehensive quality, professional ability and law enforcement level of law enforcement personnel. In view of the unknowns and doubts of the clients, law enforcement officers should take pains to explain and publicize. While eliminating illegal acts, they should publicize the dangers of overloading to the majority of drivers. We should calmly do a good job of persuasion and education for those who don't understand, cooperate or even make trouble without reason, so that they can understand the necessity of overloading control, actively resolve conflicts and contradictions in their work, and ensure the balanced progress of their work.

Third, improve work style and efficiency.

according to the instructions of the superior leaders, the management was strengthened, and the existing work system was revised and improved according to their respective work practices. Taking safety and improving service awareness as an important work content, we should start from multiple angles, start from ourselves and start from small things. Earnestly do every little thing, start from every detail, constantly improve the working standards, and put an end to the phenomenon of overloading vehicles entering and leaving according to the requirements of standardization, neatness and accuracy, and set up a good corporate image.
