Buildings with 1/2 storeys and below, and buildings with 15 or more floors reaching 1/3 and no less than 7 floors can apply for commercial housing pre-sale permit. In addition, the application scale can be applied in stages according to the total construction area approved in the "Construction Project Planning Permit", no more than 3 times for less than 200,000 square meters, and no more than 5 times for 200,000 square meters and above.
