Do I need a nucleic acid test report when I return to Puyang from Zhengzhou?

According to the notice issued by Puyang City on March 22nd on further strengthening the prevention and control of current epidemic situation:

Strict management of personnel entering or returning from Pudong outside the city

1. Personnel entering or returning from Pudong outside the city need to report to the community (village), unit or hotel where they are going to stay three days in advance, and scan the "Puyang Epidemic Prevention One-Code Pass" and "Puyang Epidemic Prevention One-Code Pass" when they enter or return from Pudong.

2. Those who have entered (returned to) Pudong from outside the city without negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours shall conduct nucleic acid test at temporary test points such as the entrance to the city, passenger station and railway station, and report to the community (village) where the destination is located, the unit or the hotel to be accommodated. After the test, they shall enter Pudong in strict accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

3. The personnel entering (returning) Pupu in the middle and high risk areas and counties (districts) where they are located shall be isolated in a centralized way, and the personnel entering (returning) Pupu in other counties (districts) where the middle and high risk areas are located (including municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be isolated at home for 7 days, and all of them shall be tested for nucleic acid regularly according to the existing regulations. Other people who entered (returned to) Pudong outside the city were monitored at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection was conducted once on arrival and landing and on the third day of residence.
