Simply put, first of all, you must wear a helmet. Secondly, we should pay attention to the soles of our feet. Now we are in the period of piling, which is dry in many places. In fact, it is an empty hole more than 3 meters deep, which is very dangerous. Finally, it is better not to go out at night and your property is safe. He also said that the current site is not only a pile driver, but also a pile driver. Before entering the site, read the drawings, because it is about to enter the foundation pit enclosure stage.

There are many methods for foundation pit maintenance, but here three methods are mainly used: triaxial mixing pile, reaming anchor cable and internal supporting beam.

Punched cast-in-place pile is formed by punching a hole, and then pouring concrete or reinforced concrete into the hole. It is mainly used to form a hole in the rock and soil layer. When the hole is formed, the hammer is lifted to a certain height, and then the rock layer is broken by the impact of free falling, and then the bottom sediment is washed up by circulating water. We have more than 6 piles, which started before I came, and now it is coming to an end.

The triaxial mixing pile, also known as swm pile method, uses a multi-axis drilling and excavation mixer to drill and dig at a certain depth on site, and at the same time sprays cement-based intensifier at the drill bit to mix and stir with foundation soil repeatedly. Overlapping construction is adopted between the construction units, and then H-beam or steel plate is inserted as its stress reinforcing material before the cement-soil mixture hardens until the cement hardens, thus forming a continuous and seamless underground wall with certain strength and rigidity. The construction process of this kind of pile foundation is not very complicated. There are several main points: 1. Excavation of pilot ditch: determine whether there are obstacles and make mud ditches.

2. Lay the guide rail.

on the first day of the installation, I was called by the master to measure the elevation, holding a level, carrying a shelf, and taking calipers to walk towards the behemoth with a height of 36 meters. Master suddenly spoke. Can you use a level? I said yes, I learned it at school. Ok, today you take the ruler first, and I'll test it for you once. From now on, you and Xiao Huang will test it every morning, noon and evening. I accepted the task directly.

When we arrived near the pile driver, the master told me to put the instrument on. I quickly opened the shelf, put the instrument on, and adjusted the screws of the base. However, because the site was not like the concrete floor of the school, I couldn't adjust it for a long time. Xiao Wu came to my side and told me that there are some things that can't be copied from school. Come and see me.

I saw that he was familiar with the open shelf, and the level was controlled by changing the length of the three legs of the shelf, and finally fine-tuned. The whole process was completed in less than 2 minutes.

For me, the calculation of elevation is very skilled, and with Master at my side, every time the hole is drilled to 12 meters, that is, the design depth of the drawing, H-beam will be inserted, and we just control the elevation of the beam. After checking the rear view and calculating the front view, I put on rain boots and took a caliper to measure the current elevation of the steel beam, which was 2cm away from the 4.5m elevation we needed, and told them to lift it 2cm.

In this way, one by one, we will quickly measure the elevation of the section steel inserted into the hole. When I came back to the office after collecting things, I looked at me with a little thought. Master said that the things on the construction site are to extend and apply what you learned at school, but they are not copied, but used flexibly. Nothing, there are still many things to learn in the future.

I have read my second week with the thumping sound of the three-axis mixing pile driver and the thumping sound of the punching pile driver, and I have gained a lot, but what I am learning is what the master said, and there are still many things to learn.

The third week

This week seems to be very easy, and besides surveying the elevation of section steel every morning, noon and evening, I will follow the master to the construction site to inspect the holes whenever I have time, or see that the master is in a hurry to catch up with some documents and materials and offer help.

Punching record is the first material I learned to do. When I first saw the master write this thing, I thought he was amazing. After writing one report after another, I jumped for joy and asked him to teach me.

"Editing" is the biggest feature of punching record. After knowing the rock surface, the depth of the final hole and the corresponding time, write down when to reach what geological layer and how long it took to reach the next geological layer according to the geological survey report. As long as the rock setting, the time and depth of the final hole are right, the others are not so formal, such as how many meters to reach the quicksand geological layer and when to reach the strong weathering. If these are not very important, you can fill them in casually within the practical range. At the beginning, I wrote very rough, and writing a copy may waste a lot of form rewriting. After all, I have never been exposed to such things. Slowly, I was able to use the light car skillfully and write freely.

towards the end of this week, something really big happened at the construction site.

that evening, all the other pile drivers finished the day's beating and were waiting for the pouring at night, but one pile driver was still struggling. Suddenly, the unique banging sound of piling disappeared, and many people gathered around the piling machine, as if something had happened. No one wants to see any unexpected events at this critical juncture of the construction period.

the master took me there immediately, only to see what the master was talking to their substitute. I didn't know what happened until I asked the builder. It turned out that the head of the pile driver fell off, causing the hammer to fall into the hole.

About half an hour, the master is still talking with them, and I have been thinking about how to deal with it. Just then, a van entered the construction site. Several people got off the bus, and one of them seemed to be wearing a diving suit. I seemed to be thinking about how they would solve it when the master came over. He told me that he was a water ghost for short at the construction site and was responsible for going down and tying the hammer to the wire rope after taking protective measures. Water ghosts work once, with a salary of 5, yuan. Until the hammer is fished out. He also said that many things on the construction site are linked to money. No matter how dangerous it is, any job that no one wants to do can be done as long as it is money. For example, no one works overtime when the construction period is in a hurry, and where there are troubles and difficulties, they are all for money. A few words that seemed like a joke shocked me deeply. It turned out that the construction site full of mud and scrap iron was more like a palace full of gold and silver treasures.

This week, this expensive accident ended, and I learned a little more about the construction site.

the fourth week

this week, I asked the project manager for leave and went back to school.

I went back to school for the first time to take the measurement certificate, but the exam that should have been arranged at the end of the term can only be arranged now for many reasons. The subject of measurement is one of the most important subjects in school, so it has received special attention from everyone, and I am no exception. I went back to school early to prepare for the exam. Only the level and theodolite were tested. For the level, I am already familiar with it, mainly preparing theodolite before the exam.

Sure enough, when I was well prepared, I took the exam with confidence, first of all, the level, looking forward and backward, and I finished it quickly. But when it comes to taking the theodolite exam, I'm too nervous to get the following points right. As a result, I got an average score. But on the whole, it is not a big problem to pass the exam.

After the exam, several roommates and I gathered in the dormitory to discuss with each other about everyone's situation in the past three or four weeks. Not surprisingly, Zanlin went to the place where he worked last year and became the shift leader of piling. it directly serves a series of engineering processes such as survey, design, construction, installation, completion, monitoring and operation management of various construction projects. It can be said that no engineering construction can progress and be completed without the data and drawings provided by the surveying work and timely coordination and command. Therefore, surveyors are indispensable personnel in the construction site. Been here for so long. In addition to having a good friendship with the master, I also get along well with our site surveyor Lan Gong.

Recently, dewatering wells and recharge wells are ready to be excavated, and the surveyor Lan Gong is very busy. Every day, in addition to using the total station to fix and center the pile position, it is also necessary to put points for dewatering wells and recharge wells. Therefore, we went to the three brothers and were often called to help, and we also had access to the total station that we couldn't actually do at school.

The steps of using the total station are very simple

1. Find one point to set up a station, set up a total station and put a prism on the other point;

2. Click Data Acquisition and enter the coordinates of the measuring station (that is, the instrument placement point) and the instrument height.

3. For the rear view, enter the coordinates of the orientation point (that is, the point where the instrument is not installed). Sometimes the prism height needs to be input, and sometimes it is not needed.

4. aim the instrument at the prism, click Measure, and determine the measuring point.

let's start with setting up the instrument and holding the pole. Because the instrument is similar to a theodolite and is centered by laser, it is more convenient and quick. So the three of us took turns to hold the pole, one took the pole, and the two groped around the instrument, and learned the operation method of the instrument from the blue worker.

gradually, we can use the instrument ourselves, and the blue worker is watching, so let's try to put it on ourselves. Because the coordinates in the instrument are all put in advance, it only needs to be operated.

This time, it's my turn to operate. Wang went to get the pole, and it happened that the blue worker had something to go out, so we had to do it on our own, and put a dewatering well. After setting up the instrument and looking back, Agua took the pole and walked to the approximate position of the measuring point. I carefully recalled the steps and key points. After everything was in place, I looked into the camera, and the difference was not much. I picked up the walkie-talkie and shouted, 5 cm to the left. Soon, the instrument sounded, and the direction was right, just the distance. Press the instrument and it shows -2 cm. I also asked to retreat 2 centimeters. Agua is also very powerful. He has a good grasp of the distance and will be in place as soon as he moves. I am very careful to press the distance/coordinate button repeatedly and find that it is accurate. Then I yell at the walkie-talkie and decide.

in this way, the first point I put myself was born. Agua and Awang also learned to use the total station one after another. But we all know that we can't just be satisfied with the operation, such as pulling the coordinates into the total station, or even further operation, and we still have a lot to learn.

The sixth week

The busy layout of the week is over. Looking at the drawings of dewatering wells and recharging wells marked with coordinate points in the dormitory, I can finally take a breath.

but who knows, the technical director of plot No.4 took a leave of absence to go back, and it happened that his apprentice's internship period was coming, so my brother Xiao Huang and I had to be arranged to deal with plot No.4, and we also had to look after the concrete pouring of the pile foundation of plot No.4. Because the No.4 plot is relatively small, and it is still in the early stage of piling,

there are relatively few things, which just tests my study of pile foundation in the past month.

when we first arrived there, we got familiar with the drawings and site conditions in the fastest time. fortunately, the concrete pouring of two pile foundations every day is still very good, both in terms of progress and for our duty.
