Among them, those who use or organize posting, characterization, graffiti, hanging or other forms to publish promotional materials and slogans for publicity can be fined from 1, yuan to 1, yuan. In violation of regulations, anyone who posts, portrays, doodles, hangs or publishes the communication tool number in other forms shall be notified by the urban management law enforcement department to accept the treatment within a time limit. If the treatment is not accepted within the time limit, the telecommunications department shall be notified in writing to suspend the use of the communication tool number, and the relevant telecommunications department shall suspend its use after receiving the notice. After the violator is dealt with, the urban management law enforcement department shall promptly notify the telecommunications department to resume the use of its communication tool number.
