If a construction site is in chaos and materials are piled up in disorder, it is inevitable that there will be no mistakes and the quality of the project will not be guaranteed. To this end, my project department earnestly carried out the construction of safety and civilized standard site, strengthened site management and civilized construction, took hardening measures for the construction access road, and arranged special personnel to clean and clear the road every day, so as to standardize and standardize the site management, ensure smooth roads, always keep the construction site flat and clean, keep the materials in the yard neatly stacked, have no natural mixing phenomenon, have clear storage areas, have complete identification plates, warning signs and placards, and park construction equipment and various tools neatly.

2. Strengthen the quality consciousness, implement the model to lead the way, and ensure the excellence of the whole line.

The pile foundation, pile cap, pier column, box girder, road subbase and grass-roots all take one sub-project as the process test section, and then guide the construction of the whole line after being approved by the supervision team. This year, the pier, box girder and road under the bridge were fully constructed. In addition to continuing to strengthen the quality control of key parts and key processes of pier, box girder and subgrade, the Engineering Department also strengthened the quality training and on-site monitoring of box girder prestressed tensioning construction, and at the same time made good quality control measures to ensure the construction quality.

In order to meet the progress requirements of on-site dry work, the quality supervision department has increased the number of quality inspectors. At present, there are 6 full-time quality inspection personnel, and the staffing meets the current construction requirements. According to the project's own characteristics and quality management requirements, the engineering agency has compiled a series of quality management rules and regulations, such as Quality Management System, Quality Assurance System, Job Responsibilities, Quality Management Measures, Quality Management Plan for this year, Quality Objectives, etc., and established the quality management policy of "abiding by the law, striving for quality products, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction" and formulated the Golden Cup Award for the establishment of Henan provincial municipal high-quality projects.

Hold a quality management work summary meeting once a month, with the participation of project technology, measurement, test, materials, heads of various ZuoYeDui teams and on-site construction management personnel, presided over by the head of quality supervision, and attended by relevant project leaders. Based on the actual situation on site, the engineering department set up a research team for mass concrete quality control, prestressed tensioning and other construction technologies, worked out the specific implementation and control points of each technology, and monitored every link in the implementation. 4. Formulate quality control measures to ensure the quality of the project

In order to ensure the quality of the construction process and effectively eliminate common quality defects, the Engineering Department has taken relevant construction quality control measures:

(1) Before welding the steel bars, conduct trial welding according to the actual construction conditions and temperature conditions at the site. When using covered electrode or flux, the operator is required to ensure that it is dried according to the requirements of the manual.

(2) The key point of quality control in concrete construction is to control the cooling of raw materials, especially to strengthen the monitoring of mass concrete. In the process of construction, do a good job in cooling measures and measure the temperature regularly to ensure that the temperature of mass concrete meets the requirements. At the same time, do a good job of retaining test blocks and strengthen the maintenance of finished products.

(3) During the box girder pouring process and maintenance stage, assign special personnel to monitor the quality, and measure the temperature of the main bridge of West Third Ring Road with electronic thermometer and embedded temperature measuring wires. By recording and analyzing the relevant data of the mold entry temperature during concrete pouring, the surface, core, box room temperature and environmental temperature after pouring, it will provide guidance for the subsequent cooling work of concrete box girder construction.

(4) Before the prestressed tensioning construction of box girder, the Quality Supervision Department specially organized to study and study the key points and difficulties of post-tensioning construction, and combined with the actual situation of box girder construction in this bid section, summed up the previous similar engineering experience and data for analysis, and formed relevant quality disclosure of prestressed tensioning.

(5) Check the tensioning machines and equipment in advance at the site, arrange experienced construction personnel to operate, take necessary preventive measures for the safety of construction personnel and equipment, and make a pre-control plan to ensure the quality control of box girder tensioning. During the tensioning process, a special person is assigned to record the on-site tensioning data, arrange and analyze them, and provide experience for the subsequent construction.

(6) Before the box girder formwork is installed, the box girder formwork bracket shall be pre-inspected in strict accordance with the requirements of safety management, and at the same time, the center line and position line of box girder formwork shall be measured and released on the bracket, which shall be accurate and checked frequently.

(7) The box girder reinforcement is bound and formed in two times, the first time is to bind the box girder bottom and web reinforcement, and the second time is to bind the box girder top plate and cantilever plate reinforcement. The steel bars are mainly cut and processed in the steel processing plant, and those that can be welded are completed in the steel processing plant as far as possible. They are transported to the construction site by flatbed trucks, and vertically transported to the steel bar installation operation surface by tower cranes or 25T truck cranes.

(8) Cleaning of warehouse surface: After the pouring conditions are met, the formwork surface shall be thoroughly cleaned by hand-held fan and hand-held water gun for car washing, and the formed sewage and sundries shall be discharged through the reserved cleaning holes.

This year, our achievements are positive, but our shortcomings can not be ignored, especially in terms of technology and quality. Because some employees who participated in the construction have changed their ideas slowly, they can't adapt to the requirements of high quality and high standards, and they can't strictly control the construction process according to the standard specifications, which brings great difficulties to quality control, such as: the flatness of individual paving layers is not enough, the appearance and color of collision walls are uneven, and so on; In terms of safety, anti-theft, fire prevention and explosion prevention during festivals; Quality assurance of winter construction and so on. In the face of these problems, we need to attach great importance to them, so as not to lose big because of small things, resulting in unimaginable consequences.

The next year's work will focus on the road engineering and rain and sewage engineering construction of xx road and ramp engineering, and the task is tight.
