According to the Work Plan of Volunteer Service for the 26th Summer Universiade in Shenzhen, our city will integrate all resources, mobilize social forces, establish and improve the working mechanism, and comprehensively promote the volunteer service for the Universiade. In terms of organizational structure, our city has set up a coordination group for Universiade volunteers (volunteers) with Dai Beifang as the leader, and the office of the coordination group is located in the Communist Youth League Committee. The plan also defines the main tasks of volunteer service for the Universiade, namely, recruiting and training 20,000 Games-time volunteers, 250,000 urban volunteers and 1 10,000 social volunteers, developing and establishing 750 urban volunteer service stations throughout the city, promoting the spirit of volunteer service and spreading the cultural concept of the Universiade through various large-scale activities.
