Where should the central control room be arranged?

The layout of the central control room is as follows:

In the area without explosion and fire danger, combined devices or multiple process devices in the same battery limit should be selected, and the control rooms should be built together.

For high-pressure and explosive process devices, the central control room building should have its back to the device and have certain external explosion resistance.

The central control room of the whole plant or combined plant should be as close as possible to the main plant, the field control room and the field cabinet room should be close to the area with frequent operations and concentrated control and measurement points, and the central control room should not be close to the plant.

The central control room should be far away from high noise sources, vibration sources, dust sources, heat sources, corrosive and explosive gases, large electromagnetic interference, high-voltage power distribution rooms, compressor rooms and chemical warehouses.

For flammable, explosive, toxic, dust, water mist or corrosive media, the central control room is arranged on the windward side of the dominant wind direction or the downwind side of the minimum frequency wind direction throughout the year.
