On April 24, according to the website of the National Development and Reform Commission, in order to give full play to the exemplary role of typical cases of PPP projects and guide relevant parties to standardize and promote PPP, the National Development and Reform Commission selected 43 projects as the second batch of typical cases of PPP projects.

In 20 15, the national development and reform commission announced the first batch of 13 typical cases of PPP projects, which played a positive role in promoting PPP mode in various places. In the past two years, the landing speed of national PPP projects has obviously accelerated, but problems such as weak standardization and weak innovation have become increasingly prominent. In order to guide local governments to further standardize and innovate the PPP model, in September last year, the National Development and Reform Commission launched the second batch of typical cases of PPP projects. Through the development and reform system recommendation and public solicitation, * * * collected 392 typical cases of PPP projects. Entrusted by the National Development and Reform Commission, China International Engineering Consulting Company invited more than 50 experts from the PPP expert database of the National Development and Reform Commission, such as Li, Liu, Xu, Wei Wu, Chen Hongneng, Xue Tao, Ding Bokang, to conduct a rigorous demonstration, and finally determined 43 typical cases of PPP projects according to the standards of standardized project operation, innovative demonstration value and reference significance.

In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will invite experts to comment on typical cases one by one from the aspects of operation mode, innovation value and demonstration significance, and make them public for reference by relevant parties.
