The concept and values of modern library are service.

Service is the basic purpose and core values of the library. It should follow five principles: openness, public welfare, equality, innovation and satisfaction.

The concept of library is that satisfaction is the purpose of running a library, and all for readers is its spiritual essence. The service attitude of the staff is the most direct expression of whether the library behavior satisfies the readers. Openness is the foundation, public welfare is the intrinsic quality, equality is the direction of humanization, innovation is the driving force, and satisfaction is the ultimate goal of library service.
