The "Red Station" of Xuliu on Huaiyin Highway is located at the junction of our district and Shuyang County. It is the forefront of the party building brand "Huaishang Red Road" of our district's Highway Development Center. Xuliu Town is located in Huaiyin District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province. It is located in the northwest of Huaiyin District, 25 kilometers away from the city. It borders Liulaozhuang Town in the east, Wangji Town in Siyang County in the west, Yugou Town and Dingji Town in the south, and faces Qianji Town in Shuyang County across the Liutang River in the north.

National Highway 205 passes through the city, and nearby there are transportation arteries such as Provincial Highway 325, Ninglian-Lian Class One Highway, Xinchang Railway, Suhuai Railway, and Ninghuai Expressway. On July 21, 2014, Xuliu Town was listed as a national key central town.
