1. Wear helmets, limited to two people. There are no more than 2 people on motorcycles and electric bicycles (electric bicycles equipped with fixed safety seats can carry one child under 1.2 meters tall on urban roads, and no more than one person can be carried on other roads). When riding motorcycles or non-standard electric bicycles, please consciously wear a safety helmet that meets the standards.

2. Observe traffic rules and keep to the right. Consciously learn the knowledge of road traffic safety laws and regulations, drive in the prescribed lanes, and drive motorcycles and electric bicycles without speeding or overloading; drive on the right and do not go in reverse; do not run lights or cross lines, do not occupy the lane; do not participate in drag racing, Chase and race; do not drive while fatigued or drunk. Improve self-protection capabilities and avoid traffic accident injuries.

Have a license plate and do not park randomly. Driving motorcycles or over-standard electric vehicles must hold a motor vehicle driving license that matches the approved driving type. Motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles must be registered with the public security and traffic management department in accordance with laws and regulations, and must have license plates installed in accordance with regulations before they can drive on the road. Motorcycles and electric bicycles should be parked in an orderly manner in the prescribed non-motor vehicle parking areas; if there is no parking area, they must not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians when parking, and they should not be parked on main traffic roads, sidewalks, green areas, playgrounds, building entrances and exits, Park vehicles in fire exits and other prescribed no-parking areas.

4. Get rid of bad habits and be civilized. Observe social ethics when traveling on motorcycles and electric bicycles, and consciously be an advocate and practitioner of civilized transportation.
