Secondary combat readiness

The main work of the army: in-depth mobilization of combat readiness; The personnel on duty for combat readiness shall strictly observe their posts, command smooth communication, closely grasp the enemy's movements and find out the enemy's intentions; Assemble troops; Distribute combat readiness materials and pay close attention to the implementation of logistics, equipment and other guarantees; Repair weapons and equipment; Complete all preparations for emergency expansion, and the border guards in important directions will be fully staffed according to wartime preparations; Repair fortifications and set up obstacles; Prepare for the withdrawal of troops, weapons and equipment; Adjust and revise the operation plan; Pay close attention to combat training; The left-behind institutions began to work.

The main tasks of the troops are: combat readiness mobilization; Combat readiness personnel are on duty day and night, and the radio command network is always listening to ensure uninterrupted command; Use all kinds of reconnaissance means to closely monitor the enemy's movements and conduct emergency expansion. The combat readiness reserve and the combat readiness troops of the military region are fully equipped in wartime, giving priority to ensuring the necessary equipment supply capacity; Complete the position assignment; Implement various guarantees; Military personnel, weapons and equipment were evacuated and disguised; The left-behind organization organizes personnel to evacuate to the predetermined area; Improve the action plan, complete all war preparations, and the troops are on standby at any time.

Generally speaking, the most important festival in a country is when emergencies are easy to happen. It is possible to use people's holiday mentality to launch a surprise attack.

For our army, first of all, it is necessary to adjust the combat readiness level and combat readiness troops during the Chinese New Year in a time-sharing and segmented manner.

First of all, according to the security dynamics around China, the border guards adjust the combat readiness level of troops in complex areas to cope with emergencies or low-intensity incidents such as border infiltration, cross-border reconnaissance, border post destruction and sneak attack.

Thirdly, the main security threats to China come from air and sea. Before and after the festival, China's air and sea patrols should be strengthened. The first-line units of the navy and air force should enter the first-level combat readiness state and respond to air and sea attacks at any time. The Second Artillery Corps and the Strategic Nuclear Submarine Corps should perform dual combat readiness duty and cruise.

Fourth, combat readiness troops on duty should consider the emergence of multi-directional emergencies and be able to handle more than two rapid response incidents at the same time.

Fifth, the anti-terrorism special forces have entered the first-level combat readiness and are ready to move to special locations at any time to ensure that anti-terrorism operations can be carried out quickly and efficiently in the event of a terrorist incident.

Sixth, relying on high-tech equipment such as drones and reconnaissance satellites, we will conduct full-time dynamic reconnaissance in hot spots to prevent emergencies in hot spots at any time.

Seventh, during military holidays, combat units at all levels must have more than two military chiefs on duty, and cadres at or above the division level are prohibited from gathering privately, and cadres at all divisions are prohibited from worshipping collectively to prevent large-scale gathering of senior commanding cadres.

Eighth, field troops should maintain at least one-third of their duty force, and ensure that they can mobilize conventional combat forces to invest in hot spots at any time after an emergency.
