Article 58 of the Trademark Law stipulates: "Where a registered trademark of another person or an unregistered well-known trademark is used in the name of an enterprise to mislead the public and constitute unfair competition, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Anti-Unfair Competition. If the word is added after the trademark, it is unfair competition and illegal infringement. Trademark is a sign that distinguishes the source of goods or service providers.
