Article 4 The General Administration of Customs has the following internal organs: (1) General Office (National Port Office). Responsible for the daily operation of the organs, and undertake the work of security, confidentiality, letters and visits, and openness of government affairs. Take the lead in drafting port management rules and regulations, organize the formulation of port development plans and electronic port specifications and coordinate their implementation, take the lead in formulating joint control system of port security, coordinate the working relationship between various departments in port customs clearance, and guide and coordinate the port work of local governments. (2) Policy and Regulation Department. Draft relevant laws and regulations and departmental rules, undertake the legality review of relevant international cooperation agreements, agreements, draft protocols and normative documents, undertake customs standardization work, and undertake relevant administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation work.
