The Notice on Standardizing the Parking and Charging of Electric Vehicles to Strengthen Fire Fighting requires that it is strictly forbidden to park or charge electric vehicles in public areas such as walkways, stairwells and safety exits in buildings.

Article 18 of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures of Fire Safety Responsibility System stipulates that the realty service enterprise shall provide fire safety prevention services in accordance with the contract, maintain the fire-fighting facilities, evacuation passages, fire-fighting passages and fire truck passages used in the management area, promptly discourage and stop the occupation, blocking and sealing of evacuation passages, fire-fighting passages and fire truck passages, and immediately report to the public security organs and other competent departments.
