According to the recommended scheme in the feasibility study report, the route starts from Shijie Hub at the intersection of Chuhuai Expressway and Chuzhou Xihuan Expressway in Nanqiao District of Chuzhou City, and is laid from east to west.

Enter Feidong County, the ancient city in the north of Hefei; After crossing the Ming Dynasty Expressway, it passes through Longshan and Wangcheng North, and intersects with the proposed Hexin high-speed railway in Badou South. Pass by Yangdian North and cross Beijing-Taiwan Expressway in the southeast of Bailong; To the west, cross Hefei-Bengbu Passenger Dedicated Line, Huainan Railway and Shanghe-Hangzhou High-speed Railway in Xiatang South of Changfeng County; Through Taolou South, it enters Huainan City on the northwest side of Wu Shan Town.
