8, accept the parties and their relatives or agents treat gifts, the amount is large, causing adverse effects;

9. Engaging in profit-making business activities or applying for or being employed by any individual or organization to engage in profit-making business activities and refusing to stop it;

10, dereliction of duty, failure to perform legal obligations, resulting in serious consequences;

People's police who commit any of the acts listed in Article 22 of this Law shall be given administrative sanctions. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
