Reporter: This year, the craftsman spirit was written into the government work report, which is the first time in history. It is well known that China's manufacturing industry needs craftsman spirit. As the quality manager of Mengniu, how do you know?

Wang: I think? Craft? The core idea is to keep improving and constantly improve the performance of products. To strive for perfection, we must first standardize. Only after standardization can we know what needs to be improved and what can be improved. When formulating standards, we also need process guarantee, planning according to standards, realizing according to standards, and ensuring and controlling this process.

Speaking of the quality work of Mengniu, I think the most important thing is the management standard, which is also the core of Mengniu's quality management. Standards are divided into technical standards and management standards. The so-called technical standards are hard indicators, such as protein content and microbial content in milk. To control the quality of the dairy industry, we must first make the products meet the national standards and even the European Union standards. On the basis of meeting national and international standards, Mengniu has formulated stricter enterprise standards, which are the basic standards. The management standard is to institutionalize, standardize and standardize Mengniu's production and operation behavior, which is the law of the enterprise in popular terms.

What Mengniu is pursuing now is to make this enterprise standard higher than the national standard, benchmark the international standard and walk in the forefront of the world. The Internationalization of Mengniu: the Frontier of Benchmarking

Reporter: Sun Yiping, president of Mengniu Group, has repeatedly emphasized Mengniu's internationalization strategy, saying that Mengniu will continue to redefine China milk around three dimensions: resource integration, consumer communication and product innovation. Can you introduce Mengniu's internationalization road, especially in quality management?

Wang: There are several aspects in the internationalization of Mengniu. Including internationalization of standards, production technology, process control, inspection, auditing methods and talents. Among them, in the whole operation system of Mengniu, the international management team is slightly weak, and we are trying to make up for the deficiency. On the other hand, Mengniu owns international shareholders such as Danone in France and Arla in Denmark, and constantly delivers international management concepts and talents to us, while seeking third-party cooperation with international organizations and gradually gaining recognition from international partners. This is the internationalization of Mengniu.

For example, how to ensure food safety in production technology is what Mengniu has been working hard. The most direct purpose of our cooperation with Danone is to make our products meet Danone's standards. In this regard, we have done a lot of exploration. For example, we first cooperated with Arla to produce milk powder? European Mengniu also represents European product standards.

In recent years, cooperation between Mengniu and some international companies and organizations including Danone has achieved initial results. For example, in absorbing international leading technology, the means to strengthen cleaning verification is to learn from Danone and introduce Danone's Neptune2.0 technology to scientifically verify the cleaning effect. Now, the cleaning of Mengniu factory is stopped every 20 hours, and the equipment is automatically stopped for cleaning. Finally, the cleaning effect is verified to ensure that no harmful microorganisms breed.

For another example, we cooperated with WhiteWave Bai Bo Company (the leading company of plant protein) to ensure that different kinds of protein products have no cross-contamination in technology and absolutely no pollution in production, and operate through two sets of pipelines. X-ray detectors and other testing instruments are installed on many production lines to ensure that there is no physical contamination.

Adopting these quality control equipment will increase the cost of enterprises. In other words, we used to produce with one set of equipment, but now we must prepare two sets. This makes us invest more in testing equipment than many industries. Now the laboratory configuration of our factory is equivalent to a comprehensive laboratory. Every factory in Mengniu is equipped with internationally advanced detection equipment such as gas chromatography and liquid chromatography analyzers, heavy metals, pesticide residues and microorganisms.

Finally, although these international cooperation in quality management has brought high costs to enterprises, we must make sure to do so, because these are related to food safety.

Mengniu Informatization: Controlling the Whole Industry Chain

Wang: Mengniu's information strategy first meets the four strictest requirements, namely?
