Control: All units, organizations and individuals are prohibited from using "low, slow and small" aircraft for flight activities without authorization.

Note: If flying is really necessary, it can only be carried out after approval from the military and civil aviation control departments.

2. From 16:00 to the end of the event, the core area of ??the site will be closed and strict traffic control will be implemented on the surrounding roads.
