As a grassroots operation employee, I have long been accustomed to the shift life of operation every day, 365 days a year. I no longer have the concept of weekends. All I have is the day after day work and the familiar roar of machines on site. On New Year's Eve in the Year of the Sheep, there are fewer relatives around, but there are more close and amiable family members. I feel a different "big family" flavor. It is the first time that I am not celebrating the New Year in my own "small home", but it also has a different feeling.

(2): Miscellaneous Notes on the Spring Festival of 20xx

At the entrance of the first phase centralized control room, I met General Manager Wang Yi who had come to visit the operation and maintenance personnel who stayed at their posts during the Spring Festival early in the morning. They felt warm after paying New Year greetings to each other. Returning to the office, I saw that our professionals Chen Fei and Lai Lai had changed into work clothes for the National Day and were ready to go to the site for inspection. After exchanging New Year greetings, they expressed their gratitude to these colleagues who no longer knew what a holiday was. At 14:00, I received a call from Department Wei, saying that machine #5 would be shut down for the night, and a meeting would be held at 15:00 to discuss maintenance matters during the Spring Festival.

After receiving the news, the three people who worked overtime held a small meeting to formulate the third phase of the steam turbine professional public announcement and the #5 engine maintenance projects and requirements. When I was eating with the free lunch coupon issued by the company, I felt the atmosphere of the Spring Festival. In the afternoon, I walked around the cooling towers of #5 and #6 units, thinking about what measures to take to solve the defects in the public system that can be eliminated by shutting down both units for about ten days, and the downtime lasted only four days. I was howling in the cold wind, looking at this system and checking that valve, until after 16 o'clock, I couldn't think of a clue. I wanted to call the relevant colleagues from the power generation department, technical support department, and turbine team to hold a "Zhuge Liang meeting" tomorrow to see if there was any improvement. Is there any way?

At nine o'clock in the morning on the second day of the lunar new year, I held a meeting with Liang Guoguang of the Power Generation Department, our professional Song Tao, team member Xie Ning, etc., and also consulted with Hang Zhiying of the Power Generation Department and others over the phone. It is unrealistic to repair the fire water inlet door of the third phase and the circulating water drainage door of #5 and #6 units by draining the water from the two cooling tower pools. The only good news is that the industrial recycled water system can be deactivated and the inlet and outlet doors of the industrial recycled water pump can be replaced to facilitate the isolation and repair of the water pump. At 14 o'clock, the first meeting of 602D was held. After the meeting, Sun Wei, the maintenance contractor, and the professional Guo Qing transferred to the #6 machine start-up site and put forward some requirements for placement, isolation, etc. It was already 17 o'clock when we returned to the office.

On the second, third, and fourth days of the lunar month, the maintenance brothers were busy according to the pre-arranged maintenance plan. If there were not enough manpower, they would engage in a war of annihilation and temporarily put aside the work on #1 and #3 machines. Once released, we will make every effort to promote the maintenance of millions of units. In order to ensure that the scheduled maintenance content was completed at 12 o'clock on the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, the maintenance brother needed to work overtime at night. He called Ban Zhang in the cafeteria to order dinner and midnight snacks. He heard that the work was on schedule and agreed to deliver them to the site without saying a word. On the evening of the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, a buddy I hadn’t seen for a long time came back to Xu from Hebei to celebrate the New Year. He saw that everything that needed to be overhauled had been repaired, and he felt reassured, so he agreed. 18:30 I met my buddy and while we were having dinner, the shift manager called and said that the shaft seal bypass door could not be opened. He called me as soon as possible to coordinate the solution. Although it was handled quickly, I still blamed myself for not following the scene.

When I arrived at the scene at 7 o'clock in the morning on the fifth day of the lunar month, unit #5 happened to be connected to the grid. Song Tao, who had stayed up all night, was arranged to go back and rest. At the same time, he inspected unit 5 by himself, and repeatedly warned the maintenance personnel that the unit must be connected when it starts. Do more inspections and inspections. Return at noon, and in the afternoon go visit my mother-in-law who I didn’t have time to visit years ago.

At nine o'clock in the morning on the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, I went to the site to take a look at the maintenance situation. I saw that the maintenance arrangements for #6 engine were in an orderly manner. I quickly thanked Guo Qing, who was in charge of the busy turbine maintenance at the site, over and over again. . In the afternoon, seeing that nothing was wrong, I played badminton with my golf buddies all afternoon.

During the seven-day holiday, the total rest time is only one day, but it is fulfilling. I smiled and said to my wife and children: You don’t set off firecrackers for the sake of environmental protection. I turned down a few drinks because of overtime work, so that the living environment of my gastrointestinal tract is environmentally friendly.

(3): Peace is in my heart

The joyful Year of the Sheep has arrived. The New Year blessings on the roadside and the dazzling array of holiday gift bags in the supermarket have gradually pushed the New Year atmosphere to climax. This year's Spring Festival is similar to last year for me. Last year, it coincided with the 601D level inspection of unit #6, but this year it became the 602D level inspection. My parents, relatives and friends were very sorry that I was unable to go back to my hometown for a reunion during the Chinese New Year last year, so this year I applied with my boss to go back to my hometown at the beginning of the year. I felt that I was surrounded by Pengdian people who made the factory their home!

On New Year’s Eve, our work unit prepared free meal coupons for us. The rich lunch made us feel grateful. Because the unit had just been shut down, many safety measures on work tickets were waiting to be implemented, and the busy day passed quickly. My wife works in a hospital, and the night shift happened to be off on New Year's Eve. She didn't sleep a wink all day and night, prepared a table of delicious food, cleaned the house, and put up Spring Festival couplets. In her words, no matter how busy two people are, they still have to have a great New Year! Watching the Spring Festival Gala with my wife at home in the evening, shaking red envelopes, it’s so much fun! On the morning of the first day of the Lunar New Year, everyone was resting at home, so the roads were extremely deserted. I arrived at the factory nearly 20 minutes earlier than usual. I thought I was early, but when I walked into the centralized control room, the company's leaders were already in the centralized control room wishing everyone New Year's greetings. I couldn't help but feel ashamed. Because both units in the third phase of this year are out of service, everyone is more relaxed than usual and wishes each other a Happy New Year! However, the festive atmosphere of the New Year cannot affect the normal working atmosphere. Safety is always tight, and every operation and every safety measure must be implemented in place. It coincides with the Spring Festival, and many maintenance workers go home to celebrate the New Year. Many 602D work leaders did not come to apply for work tickets. This gave our operation team members time to learn the SAFETY system cascade, and also gave them the opportunity to implement isolation certificate measures in advance. All of this is for the smooth progress of the maintenance work after the year.

I went back to my hometown at the beginning of the year. Excluding the time on the road, I only had two days at home. In two days, I met up with a good friend once and had a cup of tea. On the morning of the third grade of junior high school, my father was ill and went to the county hospital for minor surgery. When I was with him in the ward, my mother asked me if I could go back a few days later. I fell silent. The father endured the pain and said to his mother while lying on the hospital bed: The minor problem will be cured soon. What do you want the children to do at home? I knew he wanted me to stay, but the maintenance work on 602D began immediately. The members of the operation team were extremely busy, and I really couldn't say this. At noon on the fifth day of the lunar month, I still set out on my return journey. Before I left, I said to my three-year-old daughter: "Doudou, grandma has to take care of you alone at home. She also has to take care of grandpa. You must be good and obedient!" I don't know if she heard it, but her eyes have long been attracted by the toys of the street vendors.

The busy maintenance work started as expected: safety measures were taken, work tickets were processed; work tickets were completed, safety measures were restored; temporary power supply connections were made, and busbars were powered off for maintenance. I was very busy with a lot of work, and it felt like time passed quickly. Before getting off work every day, after sorting out the day's work and publishing the maintenance information release form on Tencent, I breathed a sigh of relief and spent another safe day!
