Sixth, other buildings that occupy cultivated land indiscriminately except the "eight prohibitions" shall be dealt with according to the law and regulations. Seventh, state officials involved in illegal occupation of cultivated land for building houses will be resolutely punished according to law. Eighth, anyone who illegally occupies cultivated land to build a house is suspected of committing a crime, and shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. Ninth, those who do not listen to stop the wind from breaking the law will be severely punished and held accountable. Tenth, the supervision and law enforcement of rural indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land for building houses is weak, and all relevant leaders and personnel shall be held accountable.
