Work permit system of student union

A: The work permit is the identity certificate of the student union cadres of the school, and the student union cadres of all departments must take good care of it. The work permit is used by the student union cadres in their daily work and external work, and should be standardized and properly worn. The work permit is only for the personal use of the student union cadres of our department, and may not be lent to others, mortgaged or used for improper activities. Work permits must be properly kept. If it is damaged or lost, it should be reported to the office immediately and reissued. If any cadre of this student union quits midway, his work permit will be taken back by the office. The work permit shall indicate the date of issuance and the period of validity, and be valid only after being stamped with the seal of "Student Union of Life Science College of Hainan Normal University". The office is responsible for supervising and inspecting the student union.
