1. Prohibition Period and range of fireworks and firecrackers

From now until March 13, 2022, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the city’s administrative areas.

2. Liability investigation

(1) Anyone who transports fireworks and firecrackers by road without permission will be ordered by the public security organ to stop illegal transportation activities and fined not less than RMB 10,000 but not more than RMB 50,000. Fines will be imposed and illegally transported items and illegal gains will be confiscated. If the illegal production, operation, and transportation of fireworks and firecrackers constitutes a violation of public security management, public security management penalties shall be imposed in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.

(2) Anyone who sets off fireworks and firecrackers in violation of regulations shall, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 42 of the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers", be ordered by the public security organ to stop setting off and be fined not less than 100 yuan but not more than 500 yuan. . Holding fireworks shows and other large-scale fireworks display activities without permission.
