Article 4 The administrative department for industry and commerce of this Municipality is the registration administration organ of motor vehicle body advertisements in this Municipality. The municipal public security traffic management department is responsible for determining the setting mode and location of body advertisements.

The daily supervision and management of body advertisements shall be organized and implemented by the administrative department for industry and commerce and the public security traffic management department according to their respective responsibilities.

Article 7: Motor vehicle body advertisements belong to outdoor mobile advertisements. Units that set up and publish body advertisements shall apply to the municipal administrative department for industry and commerce within 30 days before the advertisement is published, fill in the application form for outdoor advertisement registration, and submit the following supporting documents:

(1) Business licenses of advertisers and advertising business units;

Motor vehicle body advertisements shall meet the following requirements:

Without registration, no unit may publish body advertisements;
