I. Management requirements for returning to work

1. Have a health check. Strict staff management to prevent employees from taking up their posts in spite of illness. Strengthen the publicity and education of health and epidemic prevention knowledge of internal staff, wear work clothes, protective masks and gloves at all posts, and equip them with hand washing facilities and sanitary products such as quick hand disinfectant and hand sanitizer. Employees should wash their hands and disinfect with running water and soap solution in six steps before preparing meals, after processing raw or cooked food, after eating and defecating, and after touching garbage.

3. Pay attention to environmental sanitation. Air conditioning shall not be used during business hours to keep the air circulation in food processing places and dining places. After each meal, all kinds of places should be ventilated and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Avoid contact between disinfectants and ingredients and dishes. Use a trash can with a lid. Discarded masks should be put into special trash cans. Hand sanitizer, toilet paper and other convenient service articles should be prepared in the bathroom to ensure the normal operation of hand washing equipment and maintain good ventilation. 4. Restaurant management. 5. Food processing and raw material management. Food processing and production should comply with the "food safety operation standards for catering services". Raw material procurement acceptance and processing management shall comply with relevant regulations.

Second, the dining management requirements

Do not provide customers with their own processed ingredients, buffets or raw dishes. 4. Diners should cooperate with information such as registered name and mobile phone number. Take the initiative to show your ID card and "Taizhou Health Code" when you enter the store, check your temperature and explain your health status. 5. Catering units should post announcements and posters of epidemic prevention and control knowledge on the display screen or obvious position of the dining place, inform customers who enter the store of relevant matters that need coordination and attention, and post signs prohibiting reception of collective dinners and refusing to drink alcohol. Guests at each table should clean and disinfect the tables and chairs immediately after eating and leaving.

6. Dining should be ordered through the electronic menu and settled electronically.

Other requirements

1. As the main body responsible for epidemic prevention and control, catering units must strictly implement the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and food safety management, and any violation will be dealt with severely according to law.
