I. Management requirements for returning to work
1. Have a health check. Strict staff management to prevent employees from taking up their posts in spite of illness. Employees whose body temperature exceeds 37.3℃ or have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, dry cough and chest tightness are not allowed to take up their posts, and report to the township epidemic prevention and control headquarters on their own initiative.
2. Pay attention to personal protection. Strengthen the publicity and education of health and epidemic prevention knowledge of internal staff, wear work clothes, protective masks and gloves at all posts, and equip them with hand washing facilities and sanitary products such as quick hand disinfectant and hand sanitizer. Employees should wash their hands and disinfect with running water and soap solution in six steps before preparing meals, after processing raw or cooked food, after eating and defecating, and after touching garbage.
3. Pay attention to environmental sanitation. Air conditioning shall not be used during business hours to keep the air circulation in food processing places and dining places. After each meal, all kinds of places should be ventilated and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Avoid contact between disinfectants and ingredients and dishes. Use a trash can with a lid. Discarded masks should be put into special trash cans. Hand sanitizer, toilet paper and other convenient service articles should be prepared in the bathroom to ensure the normal operation of hand washing equipment and maintain good ventilation. If necessary, exhaust equipment can be installed for forced exhaust.
4. Restaurant management. Management of dining places in large-scale catering units: lunch boxes with poor natural ventilation shall not be used and sealed by themselves; Can use the box at the same time to limit the number of dining, shall not exceed 50% of the seats; Only 1 table can be used in private rooms with more than two tables; At the same time, only half of the dining tables can be used in the hall, and the number of people dining at each table should not exceed 50% of the number of seats. The distance between different dining tables shall not be less than 1 m, and the dining tables shall not be spliced; Each table and each group of customers should disinfect the tables and chairs immediately after eating, and the same table for the same meal should not be reused. Dining place management of catering units in commercial complex: no more than two people per table, and the table spacing should be kept above 1 m. Disinfect the used dining tables and chairs immediately after eating, and use them again after disinfection 10 minutes.
5. Food processing and raw material management. Food processing and production should comply with the "food safety operation standards for catering services". Raw material procurement acceptance and processing management shall comply with relevant regulations.

Second, the dining management requirements
1. Implement the real-name reservation system. Register the name and contact information of at least one dining guest at each table to ensure traceability.

3. Customers who eat in the store should eat separately. Before the epidemic prevention and control was lifted, catering units were forbidden to receive large-scale dinner activities, and the contact between customers was reduced by reducing the placement of tables and chairs and dining at separate tables. Do not provide customers with their own processed ingredients, buffets or raw dishes. Catering units should divide meals at each table, or provide double chopsticks and public chopsticks tableware to prevent cross-contamination.
4. Diners should cooperate with information such as registered name and mobile phone number. Take the initiative to show your ID card and "Taizhou Health Code" when you enter the store, check your temperature and explain your health status. You must wear a protective mask when waiting for a meal in the store. Don't take off your mask until the last moment of eating. Wear a mask immediately after eating. 5. Catering units should post announcements and posters of epidemic prevention and control knowledge on the display screen or obvious position of the dining place, inform customers who enter the store of relevant matters that need coordination and attention, and post signs prohibiting reception of collective dinners and refusing to drink alcohol. Guests at each table should clean and disinfect the tables and chairs immediately after eating and leaving.
6. Dining should be ordered through the electronic menu and settled electronically.
Other requirements
1. As the main body responsible for epidemic prevention and control, catering units must strictly implement the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and food safety management, and any violation will be dealt with severely according to law.
