1. Undergraduate graduates studying abroad

Among the 120 undergraduate graduates in 2012, 19 students including Huang Siyuan have accepted With admission notices from overseas universities, students will study in top international universities such as Cambridge University, Duke University, University of Texas at Austin, University of Pittsburgh, and University College London in September this year. The undergraduate study abroad rate among our undergraduates is 15.8.

As of the end of 2012, 22 doctoral students have been sent out in the past four years, accounting for 18 of the total number of doctoral students currently enrolled. Sources of funding for dispatching: 52% government funding, 24% funding from on-campus mentors, and 24% funding from foreign mentors. As of the end of 2012, the number of faculty and staff of our school who have gone abroad has reached 93. There are 37 teachers with more than one year of study abroad experience, accounting for 57 of the total faculty and staff. The schools and scientific research institutions visited include Cambridge University, Yale University, University of Nottingham, Purdue University, National Institutes of Health, University of North Carolina, etc. The nature of visits includes collaborative research, participation in international academic conferences, further training, participation in competitions, visits and inspections, etc.

In the past three years, our institute has undertaken more than 25 international (overseas) cooperation and exchange projects. The 10th International Society for Drug Metabolism Overseas experts in drug metabolism participated in this conference, which provided a platform for Chinese and foreign drug metabolism workers to conduct academic exchanges, communicate research information, discuss experiences, strengthen international cooperation, and promote the transformation of results, resulting in good academic and social impact.

——On October 10, 2009, the college hosted the first "International Industrial Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy Symposium". Nearly 200 well-known experts and representatives from the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China attended the meeting, including many academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

——The college hosted the "2011 National Medicinal Chemistry Academic Conference" from November 17 to November 19, 2011. Nearly a thousand people attended the National Medicinal Chemistry Academic Conference, including 15 overseas experts; The conference*** received 507 paper abstracts from universities, research institutes and enterprises at home and abroad, and 955 representatives actually participated. ——On November 20, 2011, the college hosted the "Third Sino-British Medicinal Chemistry Academic Conference and the Signing Ceremony of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Society-Royal Society of Chemistry Cooperation Memorandum". Academician Sang Guowei, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and chairman of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, and Professor Lesley Yellowlees, elected president of the Royal Society of Chemistry, respectively delivered speeches at the signing ceremony and signed a memorandum of cooperation on behalf of both parties. Both parties hope to take this opportunity to conduct more extensive and in-depth exchanges and cooperation in education and scientific research in the future.
