"Taizhou Evening News" stated that according to regulations, villagers can only put out garbage between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Hong Linghua, deputy director of the Jiaojiang District Classification Office, introduced that perishable garbage will be cleared twice a day after the prescribed time period, and other garbage will be cleared every day. Garbage classification can only be done in these two points in time.
