1, get the medical certificate (inference) of residents' death.

If the deceased dies in a medical institution, the death certificate shall be valid after being signed by the doctor and sealed by the medical and health institution; If the deceased dies in a non-medical institution, the death certificate shall be valid after being signed by doctors and policemen and stamped by medical and health institutions and police stations.

Call the funeral home to pick up the body.

Before calling the funeral home to pick up the body, if the deceased dies at home, the family members should ensure that the death certificate has been completed; If the deceased dies in a medical institution, the family members must ensure that the death certificate has been completed and all hospital expenses have been settled (to facilitate the funeral car to pick up the remains).

When family members call the funeral home, they should accurately explain the time, place and telephone number of the contact person to pick up the remains, so that the funeral car driver can confirm the exact location of picking up the remains with family members in time.
