6.0 6S standard requirements

6. 1. 1 Cleaning shall not occupy working hours;

6. 1.2 The production workshop, warehouse, conference room, technical room and finance department should be locked at any time when no one is around;

6.2 Production site

The goal of on-site management: the workplace should be "clearly marked, clean and safe".

6.2. 1 The ground mark of the production site is clear and the functional division is clear;

6.2.2 The width of the passage shall be more than 1.0m, and nothing shall be parked or stored on the passage;

6.2.3 All articles on the production site shall be placed according to the specified areas and requirements, and shall be put back at any time after use. There are no useless or long-term unused items on site;

6.2.4 Materials that have been inspected and judged for two working days shall not be stored in the area to be inspected;

6.2.5 Incoming materials, semi-finished products and finished products shall be clearly marked with quantity, status, model and physical objects, and neatly placed on trays with different widths.

When crossing the tray, the height shall not exceed 2m, and it shall not land;

6.2.6 Personnel shall not lean on or sit on the product;

6.2.7 The nonconforming products at the production site must be clearly identified;

6.2.8 Clean up the waste, surplus and dead materials at the production site in time;

6.2.9 Waste paper, water bottles, cotton yarn, waste labor protection articles, etc. Do not mix in the scrap tank of the sheet metal part;

6.2. 10 The hygiene of the production site should be divided into different areas, implemented by people, cleaned after work every time, and the work area should be maintained at any time during the production process.

6.2. 1 1 The documents used on site are the current valid version, and the documents and records shall be kept clean and intact, and the records shall be filled in completely and clearly;

6.2. 12 production (inspection) shall be carried out in strict accordance with the process regulations, and the following situations are prohibited:

1) No process or process route card operation;

2) The previous procedure has not been signed into the next procedure;

6.2. 13 The items stored in the toolbox should be consistent with the contents of the identification.

6.3 Electrical Appliances and Equipment Management

6.3. 1 Equipment shall be maintained according to the maintenance plan and standards, and maintenance records shall be filled in;

6.3.2 Before coming off work, the equipment shall be kept clean, free of dust and oil, and the ground around the equipment shall be free of garbage, waste and other sundries;

6.3.3 When no one is using the equipment, the power supply of the equipment should be turned off so that people can stop when they leave the machine;

6.3.4 Water cups, materials, tools and other sundries shall not be placed on the equipment;

6.3.5 Operators of electric welding, punching machine, shearing plate, bending equipment and rubber hose shall obtain corresponding operation qualifications.

6.4 fixture management

6.4. 1 Fixtures, molds and tooling should be placed on fixture racks and mold racks, arranged neatly and clearly marked;

6.4.2 The articles in the toolbox should be placed according to the requirements of a fixed position and cleaned daily, and the tools should not be dirty or greasy;

6.4.3 The tools should be put back into the marked storage area after use;

6.4.4 The delivery truck and hydraulic truck should be put back to the designated area after use;

6.4.5 Measuring instruments should be checked regularly and put into the metering box when not in use;

6.4.6 Mold shall be maintained regularly as required, and shall not be rusted or greasy.

6.5 6S management requirements of warehouse

6.5. 1 The goods in the warehouse shall be placed according to the Plan of Storage Location of Warehouse Materials;

6.5.2 Articles shall be placed neatly as required, clearly marked (parts receiving and dispatching cards, certificates of conformity), and the quantity, specifications/models shall be consistent with the real objects;

6.5.3 Non-conforming materials shall be stored in isolation to prevent mixing, and timely return shall be organized;

6.5.4 According to the regulations of warehouse management, handle the formalities of receiving, sending and storing materials;

6.5.5 Make regular inventory on time to ensure that the accounts, materials and cards are consistent.

6.6 office 6S management requirements

6.6. 1 Clean office equipment;

6.6.2 Filing cabinet: the articles are classified and placed neatly with clear marks;

6.6.3 The air-conditioning temperature shall be set at not less than 26 degrees in summer and not higher than 17 degrees in winter, and the doors and windows must be closed when the air-conditioning is turned on;

6.6.4 Garbage baskets shall not overflow.

6.7 Safety management requirements

6.7. 1 Smoking is not allowed in the factory;

6.7.2 Dangerous equipment should have warning signs and protective measures;

6.7.3 The equipment shall not work in spite of illness, and the equipment status identification shall be correct (such as preservation, maintenance, waiting for repair, etc.). );

6.7.4 Have safety protection drugs (band-aid, cotton yarn);

6.7.5 Wires and switches shall not have bare copper wires, and ordinary sockets shall be firmly fixed;

6.7.6 Temporary pipelines shall not cross channels or be immersed in oil or water;

6.7.7 Copper wires and other wires shall not be used instead of safety wires;

6.7.8 Management of acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders

A) The distance between acetylene cylinder and oxygen cylinder and open flame should not be less than10m; ;

B) The distance between acetylene cylinder and oxygen cylinder should not be less than 5m;

C) The distance between acetylene cylinder and electric welding machine should not be less than 5m;

6.7.9 In the process of taking protective equipment to work, you must wear protective equipment correctly before working (all employees in the sheet metal section should wear shoes to wipe people).

Members wear glasses and masks, and welders wear protective masks or glasses);

6.7. 10 For hazardous chemicals, a material safety data sheet shall be established, clearly marked and stored in the special area for hazardous chemicals;
