In detail, the traditional oil pressing technology is that raw materials such as peanuts, sesame seeds or tea seeds are baked, ground and steamed to make cakes, and several cakes are erected and horizontally stacked in a wooden pressing groove, and then wooden wedges are inserted into the right side (or both ends) of the groove one by one. Wedge insertion is a hard job.
