Which city is called the City of Poetry?

Poetry City is the reputation of Fengjie County, Chongqing City. Fengjie belongs to the mountainous landforms in the eastern part of the Sichuan Basin. The Yangtze River runs through the central part, with undulating mountains and crisscrossing ravines. There are tourist resources such as Kuimen, Baidi City, and Qutang Gorge within the territory. The Zhengzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway passes through the territory, and there is Fengjie Station within the territory. Fengjie is an ancient historical city and the cultural foundation of the Three Gorges. It has experienced many historical events such as Gongsun Shu proclaimed himself emperor in the Western Han Dynasty, Liu Bei, the lord of Shu, was left alone, Zhuge Liang retreated the enemy in eight battles, Li Jing suppressed Jingchu in the early Tang Dynasty, and countless iron-blooded soldiers dominated the battlefield since then. Many literati sang and chanted here with high spirits and left immortal poems. Li Bai, Du Fu, Liu Yuxi, Fan Chengda and Lu You all visited Fengjie. It was Du Fu who regarded this place as his place of life.
