1. Activity form: "Write Chuci, send zongzi"

2. Activity time: May 27th, 11: am to 13: 3 pm

3. Activity location: a canteen square

4. Activity purpose: to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival and remember Qu Yuan; Enrich students' cultural life; Spreading Chinese culture

5. Activity flow:

6. Preparation before the activity: pens, ink, paper, zongzi, and desks and chairs to be used that day (borrowed from the Chinese painting class) (completed before May 25). Prepare samples of various calligraphy forms (doodles, banners, etc.). The production department of the Propaganda Department will make posters before May 15.

7. Publicity: From May 21st to May 23rd, put up small posters in the downstairs of each dormitory. From May 21st to the day of the activity, large posters will be placed in front of the complex building.

8. On the day of the activity: the organization department will gather in a canteen square at 1: 2 in the morning to set up the venue. There are two desks for writing, one for handing out zongzi, one for sorting out works and cutting paper, and four for * * *.

1. A: There are two people at each table, two writing tables, one zongzi distribution table and one item sorting. It takes 8 to 1 people.

11. B: Students from the journalism department must be present to take photos.

12. Specific form: Participants can choose a poem and ode related to the Dragon Boat Festival and write it with a brush to get a zongzi. (Note: Participants can write in different fonts, one font and one zongzi. )

13. Post-event: After the event, the news group will sort out the news release and photos of the event before 21: 3 that night and send them to the photo studio office.

14. The Finance Department shall sort out the invoice and financial list before * month * and report it to the HKCSS on * month * day.

21. Small poster: 25 sheets *. This activity will leave a deep impression on the students and make them know more about Chinese studies. "Book Chu Ci, send Zongzi" will give students more knowledge and gain more, and will also provide students with an opportunity to show their calligraphy accomplishments.
