3. Skilled work experience. Most petition workers are on the "front line" and have to deal face-to-face with the broad masses of the people. The problems reported are varied and complex. This requires petition cadres to have skilled experience in working with the masses and have the skills to understand policies, control, and focus. Coordination and communication skills. Most of the people petitioning are from the grassroots level. This requires petition workers to learn to adjust their mentality and always maintain an optimistic, open-minded, peaceful, tolerant, and positive mentality. We must be good at respecting people, understanding people, caring for people, guiding people, educating people, and persuading people. Treat every visitor kindly, pay attention to every petition issue, and truly care about the people and benefit the people.
