Location: Ji, the capital of Yan, and Xianyang, the capital of Qin.

Characters:

Jing Ke—a native of Wei and a descendant of the Qi people. The people of Wei called him Qingqing, and the people of Yan called him Jingqing. He was good at studying and fencing, and traveled to various countries to fight against Qin.

Ying Zheng——King of Qin, later known as the First Emperor.

Tai Zi Dan - the son of King Yan. He once served as an envoy to Zhao and Qin as hostages, but he fled back to Yan because he could not bear the insult of Ying Zheng.

Gao Jianli—a native of Yan State. He makes a career out of killing dogs and is good at building construction.
