There are three questions in life: Who am I? Where am I from? where am I going?

"Who am I? Where is the land I come from? As a philosophical proposition, where am I going was first put forward by Plato, a great thinker and philosopher in ancient Greece before BC.

Who am I?

From the moment a person is born, the troubles in the world begin to surround him. In infancy, you are hungry and cold, and you are warm because of cold. From small to large, children are crying for toys, crying for unfair treatment, crying for quarreling with their partners, crying for being insulted by the poor. In the stage when young teenagers turn to young teenagers, they have experienced some things and suffered some setbacks. The problems in their minds are increasing day by day, and they begin to question friendship, doubt love, attack power, hate money, and hate war. This leads to a series of metaphysical questions. Everyone is exploring and trying to solve them, but there is nowhere to find the answer-who am I? Where is the land I come from? Where are you going? Why am I alive? In a word, what is the ultimate meaning of life?

If you think these questions clearly, your life will be much clearer. But more people spend their whole lives looking for answers to these questions.

"Who am I?" I find that I often ask myself this question, but I always suffer from not knowing where to know myself. I am not a public figure, so I don't need to introduce myself, but after seeing the shining self-introduction of the big coffee and slash young people, I have a voice in my heart: I wish I had such a shining self-introduction. So I began to think: Who am I? What have I done? What do I have to shine on? What's my label?

In the 4th Grace personal growth training camp, I carefully introduced my personal brand (V 10) when doing my personal brand homework.

Where is the land I come from?

When we know that we are human, that is, when we are two or three years old, we often ask our mother with our skirts. Mother always says "you were born of stone" or "you picked it up" in a perfunctory way. It was not until high school students learned that a life was born because sperm and eggs combined to form a fertilized egg, which was conceived in the mother's womb for 10 months and finally delivered.

Thanks to my help, thanks to my parents' help, let me come to this colorful world and feel the flowers bloom and fall in the world. The world is really warm and cold.

I was born in Chencun, Shunde, a third-tier town in China. I am located in the center of the Pearl River Delta and Guangfo Metropolitan Area. It is the intersection of Guangzhou, Foshan, Shunde, Panyu and Nanhai, and the "North Gate" of Shunde. Chencun is also known as the "Millennium Flower Town" and "Food Capital".

Like most ordinary people, from primary school, junior high school, senior high school, university to social work. Since I graduated from high school and chose a major, I have a good impression on "human resources". Although I don't know what it is, it feels like the future development trend. I have been studying human resources systematically since I was in college. Naturally, I am also looking for a job related to human resources after graduation. I once suspected that my original choice was wrong, because human resources was a marginal department with low wages. However, as more and more companies put forward that "talent is the primary productive force" and put talent in a more core position, the position of human resources department in the company becomes more and more important. In the future, I can see the hope of this industry and will continue to go on.

where am I going?

Early know, I began to think about how to live my life according to my own wishes, so I made a detailed plan for my five years and life, and planned a road map for the future:

Five-year plan:

Work: Being an excellent HR, HRD and HRBP is the great development direction in the future. Now psychology +HR is also a big trend, and psychology is also my hobby. I hope I can learn something about this. Build your own knowledge structure, spend 10000 hours to become an expert in this field, output more high-quality articles, organize your own knowledge and share it with those in need. Even if you spend 3 hours a day and take a few days off a year, you can only accumulate 4500 hours, which is 300 study days and 5 years. It will take me 10 years to become an expert in this field, which is a very difficult task. If I want to have personal authority, I must have solid professional knowledge.

Family: Both children are my wish. I hope to add a man to the Zhou family. When Rourou pig was 3 years old, it was estimated that she was going to give birth to a second child, and she let herself fall into a big pit again. But for the children, it's worth it! I hope my husband is healthy and can really find the direction to work hard. I can give him more affirmation, support and recognition, so that he can get out of the haze and be full of sunshine.

Finance: I hope to achieve financial freedom, have some savings in my account and live a relatively comfortable life. After living a comfortable life, I can let my family live a better life and improve my quality of life.

Study: In fact, I have been looking forward to getting a master's degree and studying psychology systematically, so that I can have a more scientific and accurate grasp of knowing people and employing people. I hope I can start thinking about it after my economy is better and my work is on track.

Books are the ladder of human progress and an important tool to realize my wishes. I insist on reading early and outputting early. I believe that heaven rewards diligence and time can see. Including HR, psychology, parenting knowledge are all my themes, and occasionally I can add some chicken soup to adjust it, haha!

Life: generate has more possibilities to develop its own interests and find some fields to dig deep, such as calligraphy, mind mapping, photography and so on. It has exercised my ability to learn quickly and made my life more colorful.

Sports: Only reading and sports can live up to my expectations. I hope I can have a healthy body and a bumpy S-shaped curve, and badminton and yoga can continue to persist.

Creative life: It's so interesting to see a creative life shared by Bauer's mother. I think it's a boring person. Some creativity in family and life is also a good thing. You can develop occasionally and make yourself an interesting person.

Socialization: I work in HR, and dealing with strangers every day is part of my job. It is great to know how to communicate with others and share their stories. Social circles need to be maintained. If I don't maintain it, the relationship may be gone ~

Travel: I hope to travel with my family once a year to see the world.

Public welfare: Actually, I have a good idea. I earn a commission through knowledge sharing, and then support children in need. I hope this micro-public welfare can be carried on.
