The quality of citizens in a civilized city should be very high. I found that some people in Xinghua cannot do it. Such as: throwing paper scraps everywhere, spitting everywhere, evading fares on buses, etc. This phenomenon is common. I want to strengthen publicity and improve people's self-cultivation. For example, put some civilized slogans on billboards, let middle school students voluntarily organize a group, and go to the streets to promote it... The most important thing is that people do not know enough about the importance of "civilization" and don't know what "civilization" is. A broad concept.

I heard this story: A Chinese traveled to Germany. When he was walking on the beach, a German suddenly called him. It turned out that there was a piece of paper at his feet. The German When asked to pick it up, the Chinese said confidently: "I didn't throw it!" The German said: "I know you didn't throw it, but you have to pick it up. This is your responsibility!" In this story, the difference in quality between the Chinese and the German is shown. As a Chinese, I feel ashamed for him!

Suddenly I feel that the topic has gone too far, but the only unchanging center is-the eternal theme of human beings "civilization". Each of us should bear the corresponding "political civilization", "economic civilization" and "Spiritual civilization", so that we humans can develop civilized and worthy of the reputation of "a land of etiquette".
