First, the progress of new rural construction

Since last year, we in xx Township have closely focused on the requirements of the "Implementation Opinions on Seriously Carrying out New Rural Construction Activities" put forward by the county party committee and county government, intensified publicity and mobilized the masses, meticulously organized and pressured ourselves, and actively promoted the work of new rural construction. Combined with the actual situation of the township, actively carry out the construction of new rural demonstration villages and environmental improvement work. Through the concerted efforts and solid work of Qi Xin, the cadres and masses in the township, we have achieved initial results. Last year, two of the four villages, Daoshitang, Yuexi, Nanzhuang and Shan Ying, successfully passed the acceptance inspection, and the other two villages are undergoing rectification. The newly established villages of Dalin, Xiaolin and Xiapan this year are taking the rectification of the "dirty, chaotic and poor" environment as the main breakthrough and paying close attention to the creation work. Looking back on the work of building a new countryside for more than a year, we have mainly done the following work:

(1) Improve organizational planning. In order to effectively strengthen the leadership of the new rural construction, Yuexi Township has set up a new rural construction leading group headed by Ma Xianmao, the head of the township, with an office responsible for publicity, planning, coordination and guidance. Do the task to the village and the responsibility to the people. A village planning working group was set up to take charge of the planning, and the renovation planning of eight villages was implemented, which was scientific and reasonable, focused, standardized and orderly, and the layout was reasonable.

(2) Publicity and creating an atmosphere. Insist on propaganda as a pilot of new rural construction, organize rural cadres to go deep into the front line and publicize the new rural construction extensively and deeply. Make full use of meetings, banners, slogans, blackboard newspapers, publicity windows and other forms to publicize the purpose and significance of new rural construction. The township * * * held 8 meetings of all kinds, posted 265 slogans, publicized 32 pictures/kloc-0, and published 6 blackboard newspapers/kloc-0. The follow-up report by the township propaganda and reporting group has created a strong atmosphere of new rural construction in the township, which has effectively promoted the work process of new rural construction in our township.

(3) Classification guidance system. In order to do a good job in the construction of new countryside in our township, the leading group classified and guided the eight villages according to the actual situation of each village and promoted them in an orderly manner. Over the past year or so, on the basis of relatively weak funds in the village, the township has invested 4.64 million yuan in special funds, * * * demolished 52 simple shacks, demolished 45 dangerous houses and broken walls, hardened 30,240 square meters of roads, cleared rivers 1.200 meters, installed street lamps165,438, and added 65,438+green areas. Through the transformation, the main roads in each village have basically reached the standards of hardening, purification, lighting and greening, and the main rivers have basically achieved no weeding and floating objects, and the village has taken on a new look. On the other hand, strengthen education and raise awareness. In the process of transformation, my township pays attention to the ideological and political education of rural cadres and masses, so that they can firmly establish a good awareness of environmental protection and better beautify their homes. For example, the village cadres in Shimoda actively protect the green messengers, and they are responsible for watering, pruning and insect prevention of flowers and trees. In addition, establish rules and regulations to consolidate the results. On the basis of environmental improvement, in order to implement environmental improvement, each village has set up health, greening and maintenance organizations accordingly, and established a management system, so that someone is in charge and the director is in charge. For example, Xiatian Village has established a public place hygiene management system, a public toilet management system, a family hygiene system and a greening convention.

Second, the effectiveness of the new rural construction work

(1) The appearance of the village has changed. Through environmental improvement, road hardening, village greening, river purification, street lighting and broken wall demolition, the phenomenon of "dirty, chaotic and poor" in rural areas has been completely changed. A sound sanitation and cleaning system has guaranteed environmental sanitation with a long-term management mechanism, and the village has taken on a new look.

(2) People's awareness of environmental protection has improved. Through the purification, greening, lighting and beautification projects, the masses not only changed their awareness of courtyard hygiene, but also paid attention to public hygiene, established a new awareness of hygiene and beautiful environment, and formed a good atmosphere of "everyone stresses civilization, everyone loves cleanliness and every household stresses hygiene".

(3) New breakthroughs have been made in the spirit of unity and cooperation. In the process of building a new countryside, the broad masses of cadres and people and party member and Qi Xin have made concerted efforts and done a lot of work. Collective investment and mass fund-raising are closely combined, and the whole village is twisted into a rope, and the spirit of unity and cooperation is further exerted.

(4) New changes have taken place in the appeal, combat effectiveness and cohesion of the village team. In the construction of new countryside, through the implementation of various programs, the combat effectiveness of party member cadres has been further reflected; In the construction of practical projects, the appeal and cohesion of party member cadres among the masses have been further improved. Cadres' sense of responsibility and dedication to work has been enhanced, and the role of village groups as fighting fortresses and the style of cadres in party member have been significantly improved.

Third, there are problems.

1, villages and towns are short of funds, and how to create greater achievements with limited funds is a difficult problem;

2. Some people's awareness is still not in place, and environmental awareness needs to be strengthened;

3. The construction of new countryside in each village is unbalanced.

3. Consolidate and expand the village-level collective economy and promote the development of village-level economy;

4, extensively carry out mass spiritual civilization creation activities to enrich the cultural life of the masses;

5, increase the government's support for economically weak villages, and play a booster role for the economic development of each village.
