Article 6 Effective Time and Termination of the Contract

Article 7 Liability for breach of contract

Article 9 Force Majeure

Article 10 Contract dispute, settlement and application of law

If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court where Party B is located, and the judgment of the court shall prevail.

10.2 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this contract and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the place where Party B is located.
