Clean Air 1 Theme Activity Program is to further promote the "Clean Air and Blue Sky Action", actively respond to the smog challenge in our city this winter and next spring, and strive to make "APEC Blue" the normal air quality in Beijing. I. Purpose of the event

Further publicize the concept of "three greens and one volunteer" which advocates green travel, green consumption, green public welfare and actively participates in green environmental protection volunteer service (see Annex 1 for details). According to the basic principle of "no threshold, everyone can do something", we will guide the general public to adjust their concepts through the activities of "Clean Air and Blue Sky Action-Micro-Commitment, Micro-Action, Micro-Volunteer, Green Living and Good Citizen Selection".

Second, the activity arrangement

The activity started in 20xx1late October 165438+ and ended in mid-April of 20xx. During the activity, all districts and counties should combine regional characteristics and mobilize the general public to start from "micro", "self" and "present" through various forms of carriers to develop green living habits. At the beginning of April, 20xx, the organizer of the event formed an expert review team, and selected 100 demonstration cases of "micro-commitment, micro-action and micro-volunteer" in the whole city, awarded honorary certificates and gave some financial support; 200 citizens who live a green life were awarded honorary certificates, and each received 1 set of "Clean Air and Blue Sky Action" worth 500 yuan. At the same time, according to the organization of activities, six outstanding organization awards were set for districts and counties (3 in urban areas and 3 in suburban counties).

Third, the selection criteria

(A) "micro-commitment, micro-action, micro-voluntary" demonstration case selection criteria

The focus of "micro-commitment, micro-action and micro-willingness" is "doing". Units, organizations, families and individuals in Beijing can participate, as long as the theme of "three greens and one volunteer" is beneficial and effective, and has social promotion value. Demonstration cases can be declared by the district and county civilization offices, or by logging in to the Capital Civilization Network.

(2) Selection criteria for green living and good citizens

The general public who work, study and live in Beijing and actively practice the "three greens and one volunteer" can participate in the selection regardless of age or household registration. Specifically divided into four categories:

1. "green travel, good citizens": adhere to green travel for a long time and actively practice the "35 10" travel mode.

2. "Green consumption and good citizens": consciously practice green consumption and strive to reduce daily carbon emissions.

3. "Green public welfare and good citizens": actively carry out green public welfare, save and protect water resources, beautify the surrounding environment, and actively participate in the "dress up my home" activity.

4. "Volunteering to serve the citizens well": participating in voluntary service of environmental protection will affect the active participation of others.

Citizens who lead a green life can declare through the district and county civilization offices, or contact the district and county civilization offices to recommend themselves.

Four. Activities require

1. Strengthen leadership and attach great importance to it. All districts and counties should make careful arrangements, specify the person in charge, and ensure the implementation of the work.

2. Widely publicize and create an atmosphere. All districts and counties should carry out various forms of publicity activities, strive to be known to everyone, mobilize the units, organizations and the general public within their jurisdiction, actively participate in micro-commitment, micro-action and micro-voluntary activities, actively strive to be green citizens, and create a good social environment in which everyone participates and everything starts from now.

3. Do a good job in typical cases and actively recommend them. All districts and counties should innovate the forms and carriers of activities in accordance with the content and requirements of the activities, combined with the actual situation of the districts and counties, go deep into the grassroots, be good at discovering and grasping typical cases, truly evaluate demonstration cases that are easy to popularize, grounded and have quality, and select citizens who are willing to persist, have characteristics and have great influence, and contribute to the blue sky and white clouds in Beijing.

Families who are enthusiastic about public welfare activities will promote the planting activities of "one square meter small vegetable garden for families" by holding ceremonies, giving lectures by experts, visiting and studying, and printing and distributing publicity materials. The awareness rate of waste reduction and waste classification has been continuously improved, and the ecological civilization of "Beautiful Haidian" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

5. Go into primary and secondary schools to carry out a series of publicity and education activities of "campus garbage reduction and garbage classification-green footprint action". 6. Carry out activities to create a "green family", carry out various forms of energy-saving publicity and education, and guide families to choose green consumption, put garbage in different categories, participate in planting trees and grass, protect adopted trees and other activities that are beneficial to the environment.

(V) Building a team of green environmental protection volunteers

Give full play to the role of the existing volunteer team and actively participate in the publicity and practice activities on the theme of "Be a civilized and polite Beijinger-Clean Air and Blue Sky Action". We will expand five volunteer teams: clean air campaign propaganda, green travel, green consumption, self-discipline pollution control and environmental supervision. Through the normalized publicity of volunteers, guide the masses to consciously practice the concept of environmental protection and low carbon, and actively participate in the clean air and blue sky action.

Third, the specific requirements

1. Demonstration guide. Around the Clean Air and Blue Sky Action, we will carry out mass activities to create spiritual civilization, mobilize civilized units (civilized communities) and civilized villages and towns at all levels, actively participate in the activities of "three greens and one volunteer" (green travel, green consumption, green public welfare and building a green environmental protection volunteer team), and play an exemplary role in the Clean Air and Blue Sky Action.

2. Strengthen guidance. Firmly grasp the correct direction of public opinion, adhere to positive publicity and guidance, actively publicize advanced models, guide the public to actively practice the concept of low-carbon environmental protection, and create a strong social atmosphere for improving air quality.

3. Expand publicity. Give full play to the role of the media, and produce and broadcast public service advertisements and cartoons. Operation Clean Air and Blue Sky.
