It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. During his six-month aid to Tibet, Gong Xiaofeng accepted three local doctors as "apprentices". Here, he personally operates large and small operations and patiently explains various problems to students. Under his patient teaching and practical guidance, the medical technology of the three students has also made great progress. Not only that, Gong Xiaofeng also organized doctors from seven cities to carry out medical training, so that these trained doctors can go back to be teachers with their achievements, and then train more doctors to make their knowledge spread more widely.
