6. Arrangement of preliminary preparation work

1. Preparation of tree planting site: The Garden Street Light Management Office will organize technical personnel to conduct fixed-point setting-out and complete preliminary preparation work;

2. Preparation of saplings: 300 metasequoia saplings with a diameter of 3-5cm. The garden street light management office is responsible for organizing the purchase and transportation;

1. Activity Background

6. Activity process:

1. Activity launch

a. Early preparation

1. Contact the venue (February 28 to March 5)

4. Recruitment Volunteers, preparation expenses, statistics on the number of participants and list (March 9)

5. Convene a volunteer meeting to inform various matters and explain matters needing attention. Bring your own water and food. Volunteers in each class are required to prepare cards and plastic bags with written wishes (or gifts from other trees), and hang the gifts on the trees when planting trees.

6. Step in. Determine tree planting locations and routes and other related matters.

7. Banner production

The secretarial team will make event banners, including the theme of the event (?Let the forest enter the city, let the city embrace the forest") and the organizer of the event. Sponsor's name. Hold a signing ceremony.

8. Borrowing cameras

b. During the event

1. Gathering

All volunteers will gather at the indoor basketball court at 7:00 on March 14th. The secretary should arrive 10 minutes in advance to count the number of people and sign in.

2. Departure

At 7:30, the school will set off in groups and follow the pre-designed bus route to the destination. Volunteers pay the fare themselves. Pay attention to the safety of your belongings while riding. The officer went there in advance, divided the place, and divided the tools.

3. Arrival at the venue

Expect to arrive at the venue at 8:00, count the number of people, explain relevant matters to volunteers, and pay attention to safety. The forestry staff at the site were also invited to talk about the essentials of tree planting and daily maintenance of trees.

4. Start planting trees

At 9:00, each group will get the tools they have assigned, go to the tree planting site, and plant trees in small groups on the designated site. After planting the tree, you can hang up the prepared "gifts".

5. Take group photos.

The tree planting ended at 10:30. All volunteers gathered under the banner and were photographed by the secretarial team members. And hand back the tools, etc.

6. Assemble as a team and return to school

At 11:00, we will gather as a team for roll call and take the bus back to school together.

7. Logistics work

The officers of the Youth Association’s caring group inspected the tree planting situation, provided assistance to the volunteers, and promptly reported any emergencies to the person in charge.

8. Medical services

The Youth Association officers selected 2 members of the medical team, brought a medical kit, and prepared some trauma medicine, skin medicine, and medicated oil to prevent injuries. Volunteers suffered abrasions, skin allergies, dizziness, etc.

9. Hanging banners and taking photos

The officers of the outreach team will find a place convenient for taking photos to hang the banners. The secretarial team officer is responsible for taking photos.

c. Late stage of the activity

1. Summarize the experience

After returning to school, each class of volunteers must write an experience and experience, and the Youth Association officers need to write about the activity. Summary, hand it over to the secretarial team before 11pm (Sunday). The secretarial team collects insights and is responsible for writing press releases and attaching photos. Precautions

1. If a member feels unwell, he or she should come to the medical team to apply medicine in time. Those who are seriously ill and cannot persist will be accompanied by an officer back to the school for medical treatment.

3. Each group must follow the arrangements of the Youth Association staff and abide by the relevant regulations of the tree planting site. Please do not bring fire to the mountain.

4. Pay attention to site hygiene and do not litter.

5. During the tree planting process, pay attention to the rational use of tools, save water, and pay attention to methods and safety.
