On the morning of April, June, X, during the movement of No.3 pile driver, a valve connected with the oil pipe on the operating platform of the pile driver was suddenly damaged, which led to the failure of the pneumatic device and the pile driver was suspended. They immediately instructed the construction workers to stop for maintenance and found that the valve was cracked and leaked. After inspection and maintenance, the new valve was replaced, and the pile driver was started after the test was no problem, which ensured the safe production. This case shows that Qishuyan Project Department of Shanghai Baoye Group has indeed strengthened the awareness of red line, and put the word safety first, rather than the progress first.

Third, the key to harvest safety achievements is to improve and maintain.

During the month of safety production activities, the power plant safety supervision department, infrastructure management department and engineering supervision department took advantage of the east wind to grasp the safety supervision work. Therefore, for the good work and activities of the construction unit in safety and civilized construction, we should give some meeting praise to encourage them to do a good job in safety and civilized construction.
