We are group employees who have been dining in the staff canteen on the fourth floor for a long time. Recently, we feel that the staff canteen has changed a lot and improved a lot.

Recently, the price of vegetables has also dropped, from 1.5 yuan to 1.2 yuan, and from 0.68 yuan to 0.60 yuan in 0.8 yuan. These new changes show that all the comrades in the leadership and staff canteen have group employees in their hearts and can put themselves in the diners' shoes.

Great changes have taken place in service attitude. They can greet diners with a smile and never bother to ask questions. They can also communicate with diners in time. The manager of the restaurant, the chef and some chefs also went to the diners to ask for advice: How did the food taste? How about the quality? What do you want from us? What skills do you need to add? Seeing their sincere attitude, several of us sincerely put forward some of our ideas and suggestions, which have really improved after observation. Just to give an example, the staff said that the cauliflower was fried too lightly today, and the chef immediately accepted this suggestion. When he ate this dish the next day, the taste changed.

What is particularly worth mentioning is the sanitary conditions of the staff canteen: the hygiene here is first-class, not only the bowls, plates, chopsticks and spoons are clean, but also the tabletop and floor of the canteen are clean, and there is no peculiar smell in the canteen. Especially this year's SARS made everyone afraid to eat out, but they came to the staff canteen-because the food here is clean and tidy, so we can rest assured to eat here.

Speaking of SARS prevention, there is one more thing to thank:

At this stage of SARS prevention, the leaders and all the comrades in the staff canteen are more concerned about the diners, providing free Chinese medicines to prevent SARS (and indicating the ingredients of the Chinese medicines they drink), and cooking three kinds of bean soup (black beans, red beans and mung beans) for everyone to drink. This soup has the effect of detoxification, which shows that the leaders and employees of the food department have made efforts for the health of the employees of the group and the building. As diners, we are very touched. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the comrades in the staff canteen through the leaders of the building.

Since punching in, the waste phenomenon has been relatively reduced, but there are still some meals dumped by individual diners that make people feel sad. It is suggested that the food and beverage department write a few slogans of "save, don't waste" and stick them on kitchen windows and leftovers to remind diners at any time to make them feel embarrassed to waste innocently. There is such a thing that several of us have encountered and are deeply touched: once, a diner thought that a comrade who served more food gave less, but when he finished eating, we found that this comrade poured more food than he ate. We really don't understand the man's purpose of asking for more food. Since he wants more food, why doesn't he eat it? Therefore, we suggest posting some slogans in several places to make such people feel a little ashamed, so that our staff canteen will be more perfect.
