How to do well the management and service of retired workers in state-owned enterprises

In recent years, the number of petitions from retired workers is almost zero, and the whole rear area is harmonious and stable, living and working in peace and contentment, which provides strong support for the production and operation of enterprises. 1. Improve the service management system, adhere to the "three in place" and ensure that all retirement management services are implemented. Retired veteran comrades have devoted their whole lives to the development of enterprises in their ordinary posts. Based on the principle of "unified policy, unified standard, unified management and unified service", the author's unit has reformed and innovated the management system of retired employees, forming a new mechanism that the overall retired employees are coordinated by the human resources department of the bureau and managed by the property management company, completely changing the passive situation of scattered management, different standards, inadequate service and everyone's complaints. Ideological understanding is in place. The party and government leaders of the unit can realize that the management of retired workers is related to the overall situation of the reform and development of the unit, and require the leaders and staff in charge of retired services to "always be childlike and abide by the responsibility of respecting the elderly", often communicate with veteran comrades, consolidate their emotional foundation, serve them with affection, respect them ideologically, get close to them emotionally, go deep into them in action, and solve the problems and difficulties they encounter in life in time. All units can realize the importance of retirement and manage it. Institutional personnel are set in place. Overall retired workers are mainly distributed in six communities according to their place of residence. Under the unified coordination of the human resources department of the bureau, the property management company set up the retirement service department in time, and was responsible for the daily management services after taking over the overall management of retired employees. At the same time, set up special retirement service personnel in each community, so that the personnel are in place, the responsibilities are implemented, and the work network is sound. Every detail of the difficulties and problems that retired workers may encounter in their later years is carefully investigated, taken seriously and properly solved. The typical practice is to visit the families of old comrades regularly, visit the hospital when they are sick, and grasp their various demands in time. By sending birthday cakes to veteran comrades over 80 years old, taking long-lived portraits, holding collective birthday banquets, and holding golden diamond wedding celebrations, we will implement measures to respect the elderly. Make a "love rescue card" for single and lonely old people and old comrades with mobility difficulties (write down information such as name, home phone number and address, telephone number of property management company, etc.), which is convenient for old comrades to carry with them.
