First, the basic situation and achievements of the legal publicity work in the eyes of the masses

From the results of our spot check on eight townships in this county, 96% people think that the legal publicity channels are wide, the publicity content is practical, the legal quality is improved, and the awareness of rights protection is enhanced; 3% think that our county's legal publicity is not strong, and the publicity content is less; 1% think that their legal quality has not been improved because of legal publicity; During the investigation, some people gave us their opinions and suggestions.

According to the survey results, the people's constitution and all kinds of legal knowledge have been widely popularized, their legal awareness and quality have been gradually improved, their legal concept and awareness of safeguarding rights have changed greatly, and legal publicity and education have achieved good results.

Second, the legal publicity problems

(A) the location of legal publicity has limitations. The publicity places of most towns and villages are limited to the location of the town. First, the masses are relatively concentrated, so that more people can obtain publicity knowledge and publicity materials. But for some people who are inconvenient to move or don't go to the market, it can't play a propaganda role. In addition, there are publicity boards or slogans in towns and villages, but from the actual situation, few people will go there to see them, thus making them a decoration.

Our publicity channels are generally based on the distribution of publicity materials, supplemented by legal broadcasting. In recent years, through in-depth investigation, aiming at the problems existing in the law popularization work, combined with the actual situation of our county, we have created publicity highlights such as "popularizing the law in people's language", "popularizing the law by bus" and "publicizing the law by adjusting the case", and achieved remarkable results.
