Two major booking services-luggage convenience service booking and "love through train" booking. 1 Line Fuzhou Railway Station and Fuzhou South Station provide luggage convenience services for special passengers (the old, the weak, the sick and the pregnant). Every line of Fuzhou subway has the reservation service of "Love Through Train" for the disabled. Fuzhou Metro 1 Line Fuzhou Railway Station and Fuzhou South Railway Station Customer Service Center provide pregnant women with a free limited number of "Good Pregnancy Badges", which can be exchanged for a pregnant mother's exclusive gift package. 1 Line Fuzhou Railway Station and Fuzhou South Railway Station set up baby waiting areas. If a child and his family are lost at the station, the staff will help contact the parents of the child and take the child to the baby waiting area.
