④. Lack of role models. Some teachers have poor appearance, vulgar behavior and dirty language. Some participate in gambling in society. Some teachers are liberal.

4. Next step work plan:

① In view of the problems raised by the above investigation, focus on the formulation and implementation of rectification measures for each unit, and each unit must disclose to the public Check out the problems and the rectification schedule within the deadline.

②. Establish rules and regulations. Each local school should establish and improve a long-term mechanism for the construction of teacher ethics based on actual conditions.

④Compile a book of deeds of moral role models. In order to call on everyone to learn from the role models around them and use their deeds to influence everyone to strive to be a role model for teacher ethics, our bureau will compile a book of deeds of model teachers and distribute it to every teacher.
