③ Lack of love. Some teachers prefer top students, are indifferent to middle-class students, and discriminate against underachievers. Some teachers corporally punish students, which affects their physical and mental health.
④. Lack of role models. Some teachers have poor appearance, vulgar behavior and dirty language. Some participate in gambling in society. Some teachers are liberal.
4. Next step work plan:
① In view of the problems raised by the above investigation, focus on the formulation and implementation of rectification measures for each unit, and each unit must disclose to the public Check out the problems and the rectification schedule within the deadline.
②. Establish rules and regulations. Each local school should establish and improve a long-term mechanism for the construction of teacher ethics based on actual conditions.
③. Carry out summary and commendation. Based on the summary and evaluation, select a group of "Teacher Morality Models", "Teacher Morality Advanced Individuals" and "Teacher Morality Advanced Units" for commendation.
④Compile a book of deeds of moral role models. In order to call on everyone to learn from the role models around them and use their deeds to influence everyone to strive to be a role model for teacher ethics, our bureau will compile a book of deeds of model teachers and distribute it to every teacher. Now the collection of materials and the preliminary review have been completed. It will be compiled into a book in the near future.
